>manga
Unironically yes. I unironically believe the CA arc is a masterpiece at the height of the medium, in the manga. Togashi was at the absolute top of his art game, not necessarily in terms of how polished it was, but rather in his ability to convey the story well. As in the actual composition and paneling and how he used it to convey time dilation, the sheer intensity of emotion present, the creative imagery and unusual/unique moments (like the poem at the end with the reveal that the dictator had outsmarted everyone all along, I can't imagine that sort of scene in another battle manga), the way he managed to tell so many fully realized character arcs at once, etc. I like the whole series, but that specific part of the manga was fucking masterful. No wonder it took him so long, it's not the sort of thing you can pull off writing it as you go.
>anime
Still the same story, obviously, but the soulless directing of the content that didn't account for a different medium, copy-pasting manga panels, and constant recaps prevent it from being a worthy adaptation. I'd put HxH '99 Yorkshin + first OVA above it.
Love Netero
It's still peak shounen, I say this as a jojofag.
but peak anime? fuck no, AoT is taking that cake. The newest season is some of the best anime released in the past decade, and the final season will be even better
No
>but peak anime? fuck no, AoT is taking that cake. The newest season is some of the best anime released in the past decade
Cringe if you actually believe this
You're peak 12 years old.
Aot season 3 part 2 was easy to drop
Fuck no, it was the worst arc of HxH
The enemies are completely unsympathetic and there's plenty of annoying power level wank to boot. Not to mention all the meaningless edgy moments
What meaningless edgy moments?
Kite getting tortured, what's her face from the exam getting gunned down, PT coming by to randomly put down some ants for no reason
>no reason
To save meteor city, you fucking baffoon
It did absolutely nothing to progress the story and only served to develop some characters that are barely relevant
peak shonenshit for sure
>The enemies are completely unsympathetic
why is that a bad thing?
what about Colt
what about Pitou being able to empathize with Gon
what about Komugi humbling Meruem
> plenty of annoying power level wank to boot.
Like what Gon-san? rewatch Yorknew to get the information on restricts and contracts.
>Kite getting tortured
>meaningless
Shot of Komugi being healed is superimposed with a shot of Kite’s scarred body being tortured by wire is pretty meaningful. This immediately showcases to the audience that Gon’s rationale is gone, and that all he can see before him is the producer of Kite’s torture, while Killua saw image of "mother protecting her young".
Seems like "HxH is too smart for most people" is not a meme
Anything with Meruem was god-tier writing.
Anything without Meruem was shit, boring writing.
CA had its moments.
>why is that a bad thing?
Because an antagonist that is just a bad guy is only threatening as a destructive force and nothing else
>Like what Gon-san?
No, the ants. The kingsguard and the king are born as invincible supermen that everyone shits their pants around and can only be defeated by gimmicks because holy fuck they're so strong and badass
Kite was dead and fucked up long before that shit happened but I'm sure you'll tell me Togashi is a 5th dimensional genius that was planning this scene before the Ants arc even started
your dumb ass is acting like O MY RUBBER NEN isnt the biggest asspull in the history of manga
>"HxH is too smart for most people" is not a meme
An unfortunate truth, but one better expressed as "most people are too stupid for Hunter x Hunter". As much as I love HxH it's on other people for not getting it, not on the series for being "too clever and good".
holy shit that art is atrocious
O MY RUBBER NEN the previously set up nen after death concept. and we see how Hisoka's utilization of his nen during his fight with Gotoh.
O MY CONSCIOUSNESS TRANSFER
gets asspulled when Reiner should have died
these are clearly similar
>I'm sure you'll tell me Togashi is a 5th dimensional genius that was planning this scene before the Ants arc even started
Yes? Just like he planned Election Arc and Pariston at the beginning of CA arc. It was foreshadowed in chapter 234.
>Togashi is a 5th dimensional genius
Heh
>Anything without Meruem was shit, boring writing.
Do you even know how stupid and retarded you sound? You are completely wrong.
>Because an antagonist that is just a bad guy is only threatening as a destructive force and nothing else
It can be argued that the ant where just following their natural instincts to support the queens desired to birth the king. Any malicious that came for them was possibly for their human side. If you taking about the Meruem his arc what more about who he is Pouf is more of an antagonist than him.
>No, the ants. The kingsguard and the king are born as invincible supermen that everyone shits their pants around and can only be defeated by gimmicks because holy fuck they're so strong and badass
They have the abilities and traits of the previous animals the chimera ants ate. with Meruem consuming those with nen. of course their strong especially combined with human dna .The unstoppable enemy was subverted with Komugi humbling Meruem, and with the nuke which told us that humans had the situation under control since Meruem underestimate the malice of humanity.
So? It showed how other places like meteor city were affected by an Chimera ant invasion.
>Any malicious that came for them was possibly for their human side.
That and some of their animal side.
Yes, but also Marley arc is too
>chimera ant arc is good
>arc right after is shit
>marley arc is good
>arc right after is shit
Truly the Evangelion of anime
O MY LOLI PATHS
It's riddled with plot lines, information, and arcs that are pointless and/or don't go anywhere
umm
I sure you can make some argument that it was the darkness of humanity that made them evil or whatever but other than Komugi we aren't shown a single moment that makes the ants anything other than monsters.
>They have the abilities and traits of the previous animals the chimera ants ate
I know what the fucking excuse was, it doesn't change the fact that the King is a literal baby that fucks everything up with no effort because he's the best. The rationale is flimsy at best and and escalating your villains from a decent nen user to a monster that can only be stopped by a nuke isn't that exciting to me
It's just a shitty Parasyte ripoff, I don't see what the big deal is
Hunterchads, help me understand something. I just started watching and how come on the episode where they learned only 3 people could go through the shortcut they were willing to fight each other with axes but just a few episodes later, when one of them got captured in a snake filled cave they were willing to throw away all their points to save an ally? It doesn't make any sense their bonds changed that much in just a few episodes. It's been a blast so far, by the way.
It's peak battle-based manga.
Not even Togashi's worst, that goes to O MY DEMON BLOOD
I don't know about HxH, but SnK's final arc isn't shit, maibe it isn't good as marley arc but as level of quality is like unprising arc at least (and it isn't a bad thing for a final arc since usually they are the shittiest arcs in manga)
>other than Komugi we aren't shown a single moment that makes the ants anything other than monsters.
>Who is Welfin, Ikalgo, Pitou, Youpi, Koala, Meleoron
Don’t forget Bloster, Peggy and Colt.
Yeah, fogot about them
I legitimately do not remember any of those characters besides pitou who was only kind to Komugi in service of the king
>I sure you can make some argument that it was the darkness of humanity that made them evil or whatever but other than Komugi we aren't shown a single moment that makes the ants
anything other than monsters.
Pitou's Empathy for Gon
Pitou's concern for the king's feeling
Pitous encouraging Meruem to find out who he is. when Meruem asked about his name.
Pitou breaking his arm to convince Gon of his serenity.
Pitou rejects his battle lust after confronting netero after realize the threat netero is to the king
Pouf's obsession with his idea of who Meruem is disregarding his feeling.
Pouf breakdown when his realize that Meruem chose his human side.
ikalgo's fear of killing
Welfin's rejection of the king
Welfin's Nen ability shows how much his cares about the truth and his hypocrisy which likely hint why his follows Gyro.
Bolster choosing to live with human.
Colt saving the child from Rammot.
Meleoron revenge against the king.
The remaining Ants trying to save the queen's life.
Chimera Ant and HunterxHunter as a whole has some of the most gray characters. Gon even calls Pitou out because he only saw Pitou as a monster
> that can only be stopped by a nuke
Meruem was kinda stopped by a blind nen genius with no battle experience.
The arc wasn't about battle power like DBZ.
You really need to rewatch CA you missed a lot if you really think this.
Hackyama
CA is Peak Kino
How many parallels in CA beetwen Meruem and Buddha?
is it just the same person making these threads all day?
Almost all of these frames look terrible.
No
No Evangelion and End of Eva are the pinnacle of anime. Manga is Berserk's first few years, Oyasumi Punpun, Monster and Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind.
No, York New 99’ shits all over it.
>Manga is Berserk's first few years
But peak Berserk was in the climax of Millennium falcon, which was in 2009.
lol no
Golden-age is overrated shit.
>Bad people are bad the arc
Who knew rehashing the same trope over and over again until it became meaningless was a good thing? Oh wait it’s utter shit.
>punpun
>berserk
End yourself
Pitou is the best girl and is my wife
>arguing with a stupid person
Why are you wasting your time? If he literally couldn't see anything in the CA arc that proves the humanity of the ants outside of Komugi, he is either baiting or is genuinely stupid (I'm not saying the CA arc is hard to understand, but you have to be pretty stupid to have so many scenes pass you by).
>J. Robert Oppenheimer, American physicist and director of the Manhattan Project, learned Sanskrit in 1933 and read the Bhagavad Gita in the original form, citing it later as one of the most influential books to shape his philosophy of life. Oppenheimer later recalled that, while witnessing the explosion of the Trinity nuclear test, he thought of verses from the Bhagavad Gita: Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and, to impress him, takes on his multi-armed form and says, 'Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.' I suppose we all thought that, one way or another.
dishonest post
Kino.
Next time put more time in reading source material before you decide to shitpost on it
Yea Forums is dead
Would human Ikalgo be friends with killua in normal circumstances?
Togashi filtered another brainlet. go back to your DBS thread
Killua only has one friend
And it's Ikalgo because Killua's done with Gon
oh my nuclear weapon
Was Ikalgo a bad person?
Hardly, a lot of why the arc gets so much praise it how well it handles multiple characters in one big climactic showdown simultaneously, it's seriously impressive storytelling.
Also does anybody else think that Pouf was an even better villain than Meruem? He felt like such a believable and human character even as he became more and more of a "inhuman" and dramatically spirals into madness trying to protect his sense of self. His aesthetic and powers are cool as fuck, his violin contributes hugely to the incredible tone of the arc in the 2011 anime, and he is responsible for one of the greatest panels in the manga, pic related. If Togashi wanted to make such a sympathetic and "redeemed" villain out of Meruem, including the royal guards, and Pouf in particular as the most functionally "villainous", to round out the antagonistic force in their own unique and striking ways was genius.
Meruem wasn't a villain any more than the shark in Jaws is a villain, he was just following his nature.
At the beginning sure, although he matures out of that by exploring more of his human side and questing his purpose in life as the arc progresses. I just used the term villain to denote his position in the story relative to the protagonists, he's clearly the "big bad" of the arc if there must be one> if you want to call that an antagonist instead sure, but just semantics, you know what I mean.
His true hidden form, an ant.
Chimera Ants deserve to dominate the world more than humanity. Pouf was a tragic hero.
Eternal reminder that Youpi quite literally did nothing wrong
lol yes
How was loud a bad guy? He didn't do anything wrong. Meruem on the other hand was supposed to carry the future of his kind but he feel into autistic human nature.
Pouf*
7 MONTHS HUNTER CHAAAAAAAAAAADS!
hiatus-hiatus.github.io
Fucking this. Meruem was a villain for his species.
No chapters this yeah, eh?
He isn't a bad guy unless you choose to view him that way. I just called him a villain as a simplification of his position in the arc's structure. He certainly is the least "human" out of every character in that arc though, as he is portrayed as possibly the most loyal to the chimera ants (though each guard has their own version of loyalty Pouf's is the only one whose is to the point of utter outspoken obsession, and he pulls the most strings in turning the palace raid into his view of the chimera ants' favor). The narrator and the panel I posted earlier also do a great deal in conveying this idea. Despite this he is actually a pretty human character all the way through, even as he is depicted as more and more monstrous, both physically like I mentioned as well as through his actions from the reader's perspective (he persistently tries to kill Komugi and "betrays" Meruem, both of whom the audience has usually become quite endeared to by that time). It's rather ironic and intriguing and beautiful, I think.
>It did absolutely nothing to progress the story
Little adventures
Filtered
with no context sure
cringe double digit IQ, of all the criticism CA gets this ain't it
No, its good, but huntards just praise their series like godlovers praise the bible.
*tips naruto headband*
Shit comparison, a very large majority of religious people have had religion implanted and forced onto them from birth, no one comes across the bible at 20 years old and becomes a christian because of it, you do however comes across Togashi's work at any point in your life and if you have an average amount of braincells and don't speedread like a faggot you will see why his work is worth all the praise it gets.
It absolutely is but if we're talking overrated anime FMA is my favorite one. Togashi should've called it after the CA arc honestly now he's expanding into the great deep beyond without any aim or purpose and the writer's block is so awful he doesn't even bother with new chapters at least once a month.
It is just a non retard making a shonen.
It really isn't nothing more than babies first introduction to philosophy.
The religious zeal is the same tho.
Saying Togashi doesn't have writer's block would be the most delusional thing to come out of anyone's mouth, this arc is too complex and he might have bitten more than he could chew, time will tell i guess.
Low-IQ
>FMA
>everyone has tragic backstory:the anime
(you) want this?
>Babies first introduction to philosophy
Are you retarded ? No one reads HxH for philosophy lessons
if a manga author is going to get philosophical tho and succeeds at it then i will give his work the credit it deserves, being able to mix something like manga with philosophy isn't easy to pull off.
>No one reads HxH for philosophy lessons
This might be true, but its pretty much one of the bigger reason people post about it so fervently and justify the "hunterchad" circlejerks that keeps on going and going and going.
At least it has closure
You're gonna be blueballed till he catches a cold and croaks
>stop enjoying and discussing things
Who's forcing you to be here?
You should enjoy the little detours to the fullest. Because that's where you will find things more important than what you want.
I haven't said I dislike hxh, I just dislike the extreme fapcircle going on in every thread about it.
I did not say stop discussing hxh, and neither did I say that you shouldn't enjoy it.
Your post is just showing what I mean. I critique something, and you fag on about the same shit you always do.
Well yes that's obvious, Togashi has absolutely succeeded with the chimera ant arc when it comes to having a unique and interesting plot and characters with masterful writing and peak level developement and all of this was complimented with the addition of hidden and obvious philosophical references, so why are people not allowed to point it out and discuss it ?
Making two big assumptions here, first of all i'm not i'm everything else you replied to, second what's wrong with circlejerking hxh ? are you saying it doesn't deserve it ? every fanbase does it, whetever that fanbase is or whatever they think is worth circlejerking about in their favorite show, it's nothing new.
Point out to me where I have written that you cant discuss it.
Like I have said, I do like hxh, and CA is my favorite arc with Yorkshire.
I am just pointing out the fact that hxh is not as deep as the "hunterchads" tries to say that it is.
I can actually remember characters form HxH
Cringe and brainlet answer
Its not a problem if it was only in the thread dedicated to hxh, and even then, it would be nice if people didn't act like Togashi is a literal god, and critique against hxh is never justified.
Im off, you can keep fapping about your epic manga.
Too many flashbacks to events that happened just a few episodes prior and too much narration. Felt like at times it didn't trust me to remember certain details.
It's definitely not that deep it's surface level philosophy that compliments the events of the arc in a very good fashion, the main attraction is the plot and the characters, the side philosophy is enjoyable aswell but it's neither deep nor complicated.
fuck you old hobo man
cause you spend all day and night posting on Yea Forums about it no shit
>I'm going to pretend that I can't see that 2/3rds of all HxH discussion is shitposting
I fucking hate the Introduction of the dark continent. While at first I felt it was exciting that there is this far mysterious place now i kinda feel it takes away from the smaller land that the hxh manga takes place in. Like yeah now basically everything that is adventurous and cool is from the dark continent other place don't mean shit now.
This is probably the most retarded thing i have read all day, the main land and DC are very different things, the main land is focused on countries and political issues while the DC finally introduces that element of adventure and the unknown.
DC compliments the mainland perfectly and you are either a speedreader or forgot about everything that happened in the manga so far if you don't admit it.
Based
>manga that needs an entire page and diagram to explain "i can see 10 secs in the future" doesn't trust me to remember details
that's the essence of it. hxh treats readers like retards and explains every single thing in excruciating detail then those same retards praise it thinking they're smart for understanding it.
Wow, he put it in chart form and you still can't comprehend it
The start is fucking miserable. It is agonisingly slow as well, it doesn't get interesting at all till the Association and Netero get more involved.
Togashi never learnt that explaining a complex thing in a simple manner is more impressive than explaining a simple thing in a complex way.
>no one comes across the bible at 20 years old and becomes a christian because of it
People convert or find god all the time.
>reads vento aureo once
>a diagram is complex
>seeing a character experience their own unconsciously created ability for the first time is complex
Based
The complex part is where he makes a chart and dedicates a whole page to this:
"With my nen power or beast, I can see 10 seconds into the future"
You're missing a few key steps in that ability, buddy. Good news, this is why he made the chart. Study hard
Aot is shonen.
I want to have my first kiss with Pitou!
But it doesn't need the amount of attention that it gets, and its not the only time this has happen.
Togashi is a master of going overboard with descriptions
I do not think he is saying that it isn't shonen, more that its anime form is peak anime.
>He is wrong tho
I dunno, if you fuck up interpreting the same power twice that was handed to you in chart form, I think your authority on the subject is pretty much bunk
I didn't say that is was an ass pull I was saying it was unnecessary.
And when you miss the point I am making, twice, you shouldn't try and dismiss my point.
The point is not what ability he has, or any other for that matter. It is about the overuse of dialogue and exposition for things that do not need the amount of attention it gets.
Pouf was the only interesting Royal three guards
Can anyone stop them from winning the Succession War?
>The ability is as simple as this!
>But it's not, by a mile
I get that you're purposefully exaggerating to the point of talking out your ass because you want your opinion to seem validated, it just doesn't mean much.
Togashi made a series where people either craft their power meticulously, or rarely develop powers similarly detailed unconsciously. He's going to occasionally take some time to show the process of them getting to that state or otherwise show the experience of figuring it out. These two situations, to fulfill a purpose of the power system beyond random powers, does deserve the exposition it gets.
>blocks your path
What's the deal with the heart shape? Does Togashi think he's cool?
You saying it was unecessary is a retarded opinion, if anything it's the DC that keeps people reading even if succession war isn't their cup of tea, i have seen some controversial and dumb opinions but stating the DC is a bad idea is a new one.
>oh my deep references
Togashi is full of himself
Firstly, the mushroom cloud is a visual shortcut for any audience – particularly a Japanese audience – for nuclear detonation. Hunter x Hunter manages to keep the visual and elevate it, creating a deeper emotional resonance. The cloud blossoms outward while the effects, both physical and psychological, are felt by Pouf and Youpi, even at a great distance.
Secondly, a nuclear weapon becomes a pure expression of humanity. Meruem states that Netero will die alone while he, being the Chimera Ant King, holds the wish of his people in everything he does. His body was made for the express purpose of furthering the Chimera Ants, and every action Meruem takes is supposed to affirm this mission. To Meruem, Netero appears to be alone when Netero actually carries the wishes of humanity in every action. So much so, that, as you say, Netero’s use of it is hardly a reflection of humanity at its worst, but rather a duty he must perform for the preservation of the human race.
The rose itself is a visual shortcut for love, and an easily-recognizable one worldwide. Across a variety of cultures both past and present it can be seen as anything from a typical gift, admitting romantic love to another, to an expression of divine love, to a symbol of martyrdom where one’s love for another results in their death. If this connection were not apparent enough, Hunter x Hunter reiterates it further by placing the trigger for detonating the bomb buried in Netero’s heart. If his physical heart stops beating, the bomb goes off.
An old man wearing a t-shirt that has “heart” printed on it has to stop his own heart in a last prayer for humanity, setting off an atomic bomb that blossoms into a giant rose, the symbol of love. It's as wonderful as you would expect from such a layered story, thematic elements resonate across multiple facets of the symbolism of the "Heart".
What gets me is how you had no idea how it was gonna end. It was so unpredictable the whole time, and that's REALLY hard to do.
It's incredible how the Poor Man's Rose perfectly distills the central thesis of CA. Something as grim as a poisonous nuke simultaneously reflects a symbol of passion and love. So many parallels, themes enveloping each other in perfect synthesis. Manga peakes as an art form when Togashi wrote CA.
What other shonen can even begin to compete with that?
You are arguing about a specific detail in one page, but you are ignoring the point I am making, that he overexplain most things nen based.
My point, in its entirety is that he could get his point across with less text.
You on the other hand is stuck on one particular character, and his powers that I dont know since I haven't read up on the DC arc since I wanna read it all when it is out in its entirety.
Cry more faggot. The DC is a bad direction the manga is taking. Calling my post dumb is like yelling at clouds fag.
If Togashi actually new where he was going with the DC he wouldn't have wasted a half decade on this stupid faggot succession war.
Gotta love how many seething brainlets keep our threads bumped.
DC BAD TOGASHI HACK!!!
give actual arguments instead of the autistic shit and i'll take your post seriously, garbage tier opinions only in Yea Forums do you see this
>I'm smarter than you tehe :D
Imagine trying to validate your intelligence from a fucking nip drawing
This is true. Also note that, though HxH fans are passionate about it, the whole hunterchad shitposting is done for shits and giggles, because there is not much to discuss during hiatus. Don't forget also that "hunterchads" shitting up other threads is a false flag done by two or three people who most likely don't give a damn about HxH.
Meruem v Netero is definitely peak
>"You're arguing about a specific detail on a page I posted. I'm making a point about an opinionated topic using evidence that I haven't actually read, and legitimately did not know about, but still feel like people should agree with me anyway
Stop?
>Writing any criticism makes you a seething brainlet
I know huntards are mostly retarded, but you are a level above.
Based post.
>I rewrite what you write so it fits my narrative
Go on then hunterfag.
>criticism
>Togashi doesn't know how to write his own manga and is heading towards failure, it never happened before but i think it's going to happen because i know the difference between good writing and bad writing.
It's like a retard with double digit IQ trying to pose as a normal person, you can't criticise something that hasn't even happened yet idiot.
Oh no. You admitted you haven't read it right here You implied earlier that you understood the power, you were just egregiously oversimplifying what it did. But you're trying to make a point about something you admit that you haven't read, and clearly haven't given any time to understand, while ignoring my previous statement here when I specified why he puts so much detail into certain descriptions on a series level, and you chalked it up as if I was speaking only of one single instance.
I'm not the one spinning this
snk anime is fucking dogshit. the manga is 10/10 though
When you lose an argument at least concede with grace, I can't think of anything lower IQ than trying to save face on an anonymous imageboard. The absolute state of seething brainlets.
whoa
>Really? i thought you were the one who's bound
Literally what the fuck Izunavi-sensei mean by that?
If you're a retard you might think that
Pouf was the most dangerous ant because of his fanaticism. He actively tried to prevent Meruem from redemption
Realistically though why won't Togashi just finish hunter x hunter?
Maybe he suddenly lost enthusiasm?
But he lost his left arm and right leg.
>No argument
Huntards are so fucking retarded that I’m not even surprised
It's almost like everyone is entitled to their own opinion, stuck-up asshole.
No, it's trash.
Even Shiki did the whole "humans become monsters but keep their personalities and they kill humans and humans are trying to kill them all but maybe humans are actually the bad guys??" shtick better, and that's saying something.
I want to impregnate Pitou and take responsibility!
BASED RETARDED! I thank you for pointing out this chart! The ability of Tse is the perfect way of illustrating the masterful efforts that Togashi makes in all his chapters.
First of all, the ability was already well explained (visually explained) during the precedent 2 chapters, and if you are not a speedreader, you can easily understand everything even without that page. So, why was that chart even necessary? Well, you see, retarded like you bitched for 20 fucking years about King Crimson and his supposed "lack of clear rules", but now we know, without contradictions, what "Ephemeral Ten Seconds" can do and what it can't do, preventing the inevitable autistic screech "It has no rules!".
Imagine now if that chart wasn't present: what would have happened? I can already figure some brainlet like you screaming "MUH I can't understand! It's to complex! That's an asspull-ability!".
So, based Togashi eternally BTFOing retarded fags like you!
Surely you meant The Lost Children arc.
>humans become monsters but keep their personalities and they kill humans and humans are trying to kill them all but maybe humans are actually the bad guys
Not what Chimera Ant arc about.
Someone didn't watch CA
Be honest with me lads, is the manga worth reading after having watch the anime (2011)?
I would advise to actually watch the arc first before talking about it ? embarassing lol
He's saying only his weakest limbs got taken
All this cocksucking in these threads and there's STIILL isn't any new content in sights. God you huntersfuck are sad.
Youpi was too pure for this world.
I don’t think you could get anymore retarded
He didn't even kill anyone if you think about it
I actually remember characters from HxH & FMA both.
Shut up you ass clown
Well like the the part where the queen was stranded on the beach and starting eating animals and later humans. Later, they start raiding villages and dragging people to the nest while commiting atrocities along the way.
Nah nigga, to me that would be Youpi.
It's no Skypeia but it'll do
>you are sad
>compulsively posting always the same shit like an autistic kid
Oh the irony.
I caught up last week. What are the common theories about succession war
Go fuck yourself insolent bastard.
Si
Correct, Youpi never killed a living being. In fact he spared a life.
Land of Waves arc is peak Anime. Chimera arc is peak manga.
>Pedophile grotesque monster wanting to rape an underage disabled girl.
>""""""""""Peak"""""""""""
He's so obsessed with revenge that it's become like a chain stopping him from moving forward
It never ends because Togashi got bored of HxH
shonen trash
Meruem isn’t a monster, but he isn’t a human, he’s just an animal with instincts
Eventually he starts to learn compassion, but ultimately he still seeks for his species to be the number one force on the planet, his mistake comes in being too naive about how far humans would go to maintain their dominance
In the end it’s shown despite how powerful of a creature Meruem is, he loses to a weapon originally intended for killing other humans, just because of how efficient said weapon is at killing
Netero’s speech about malice isn’t saying humans are inherently evil, it’s that humans are inherently human, and like the ants strive for dominance, and have created weapons to assert that dominance
Peak manga is objectively Medaka Box's Minus arc, too bad it's never going to get adapted into anime since Kumagawa's such a fucking loser it transcends dimensions and applies on 3d.
Yep. I don't bother watching and reading much of anything else since then.
>Blocks your way to your favorite manga which is designed to appeal to the homosexual demographic of Japan (Jojo, HxH, SnK)
Don't hate Nobunaga because he's beautiful
>no one comes across the bible at 20 years old and becomes a christian because of it
It amazes me how isolated and delusional people can be. You'd have to know next to nothing about the world beyond your neighborhood and animes to write something as retarded as this.
>pedophile
>is a month old
I've already watched over 300 shows, and peak anime is not Code Geass, FMAB, or Ruouni Kenshin but Steins Gate.
El Psy Congroo.

>get eaten and turned into a lobster and forget your bros forever
F*cking b*mp

Phantom Troupe is still very relevant in the manga.
The peak of HXH at least
