Well he has been saving people, but not quite like Touma so i get it. Thing is ever since white wings his moral alignment has been gray or mostly white until things happened to his people. I don't think saving Kakine will happen because the kind of person he is different than many villains we see. Othinus tries to return to her world, Fiamma attempts to save the world, Accelerator attempts to reach level 6 to stop everything...This guy just gave up and is letting nature take its course brutally (If I'm stronger I can do whatever I want, if you are stronger, you can do whatever you want).

Maybe Enshuu though, we never got everything from her and she seems to have been used to the bone by everyone around her.

I said before I don't think they really hate Hamazura, if anything it seems like some might dislike what Hamazura represents; which is a direction that firstly subtracts from Misakas focus that she never had, with OT15, OT19, NT1, NT12 and NT19 being rare books that don't feature Mikoto.

Secondly subverts the hardwork and earnest attitude Misaka has about her status and position in AC. Or at least the storylines and themes do, some just don't like to hear ideas that demote individual achievement in a series knee deep in naruto power creeping.

Putting it all out there Hamazura seems incredibly incompatible with the other fanbases, even when I'd argue he's the most compatible with the original OT1 thesis statement of a normal highschooler engaging and besting his supernatural peers. At least before the series became a supernatural back and fourth. All things considered Hamazura does a good job preserving what early OT had going with Touma before Touma literally starting transforming into a dragon.

But like I said, I don't know what is going through the heads of people who openly dislike Hamazura. Most complaints I've seen seemed to be about screen time (especially in the Index iii period) where many people just wanted to see more Accel/Mikoto and I guess that could be echoed in NT with my first point. Some people really just don't want to sit through Hamazura misadventures and will lay the claim that he drags when really he has the briefest small doses kind of presence out of all the protags.

Aleister said "a person has appeared" and then used "they"; I am uncertain as to whether it's just keeping the gender ambiguous so we won't be able to be sure of anything, or it's implying that this person is bringing or intending to make allies

Even if Accelerator does an excellent job of restoring chaos within the city, it wouldn't be too hard to convince other world leaders that the place is bad and needs to saved. America factually would be super easy to rile up at "hey kids are getting hurt in AC", but Kamachi may decide to play down that part. But any country may work. Germany hasn't appeared. France hasn't done much. We don't know much about Canada and Australia, but I assume England would auto-side with AC
