What part in FGO JP that hasn't been translated yet ? 2019 only, Enma-tei, Ooku, Valentine scenes and event, White Day, Case Files collab are all translated while Final Honnoji translation is on-going. LB1 and LB3 are completed too (poor LB2, the translation still hasn't been finished yet) and LB4 is also on-going.
If you mean non-FGO work then yeah Mahoyo and Apocrypha novel are in translation hell. Case Files novel, FSF, Melty Blood Nightmare and Requiem are still being translated.

Personally i think all Lostbelt chapters (and even the Prologue in December) will get adapted into anime in the future. EoR chapters are getting manga adaptions so i don't know if they will animate it or not.
Anyway it seems like they are going to announce something big in Anniversary SP this year. Last year they invited 4 VAs and we got Babylonia and Camelot anime. This year they invited 8 VAs.
