Terribly written character who is in love with the MC for no other reason than the fact he gave her a fucking hairpin when they were kids, and exists for no other reason than to get in between the MCs romance whenever the writers see fit and cause pointless drama just for the hell of it.

Then she has a fully unexplained and unbelievable romance with the guy she had zero romantic feelings toward for the duration of the entire show, save the last two episodes the entire thing was shoehorned in and has his kids just so that the character can get some closure.
