To expand on the other answers, the logic is probably that if she were a Stand User, her family probably was too, and since Jobin was going to kill her, her family of potential Stand Users could seek vengeance. He didn't expect normal people to ever be able to trace the murder back to him and seek revenge but a Stand User family member could do it. He was ready to kill her whole family just to preemptively stop a vengeance seeker. It's interesting that many characters in Jojo are Stand Users but their family aren't. Jobin is in an abnormal situation, he's part of a huge family where absolutely everyone has powers. He incorrectly assumes it's common. If someone was to kill Jobin's dad, they would indeed attract the vengeance of an entire family of Stand Users, so that's how Jobin sees it when he kills others too.

Despite it being better in Jojolion everyone still has the same nose and mouth they had throughout SBR. it's kind of weird, honestly. Noses don't look like that.

He got shot from a really strange angle and Josuke himself notices that the angle of the attack is weird. The ambulance was in front of Tom and he got shot from the side. Doctor Wu is the most likely culprit since he can split himself and be in many places at once. He didn't shoot part of himself like a railgun during his fight, he probably would if he could, but it is plausible that a part of him like a floating hand can shoot a gun from a bush from far away. Alternatively it was done by Yasuo's ex boyfriend if he happens to be the second ambulance man and if he can also attack from afar with a strange angle.

So i'm confused on how The World works. Dio was still able to see during Jotaro's stopped time even when his limit ran out. Did they explain this? and how did Jotaro stop time during the 9 second mark of Dio's when he was frozen himself?

Best explanation is that people with realized time stop abilities are able to think and perceive in the frozen time even if they haven't stopped time themselves. Every time Jotaro does something within the frozen time, he'd have to at least be aware so he can counter-attack, like when DIO approaches him after the magnet trick or when he reacts to the road roller dropping on him

Or it could be as simple as he can steal immaterial attributes. IE steal someone's vitality, their will to fight, etc. I think a non-lethal power is even likely, I don't think Gappy really cares about killing anybody. Jobin is a villain in his own right but in relation to Gappy they simply are at opposing odds since they want the same thing.

If they were stand users they would be a genuine threat and he'd need to eliminate them. Makorin and Ojirou came after them first.

Fucking this Ojiro had just tried to murder both himself and his son, and was doing so for Makorin's benefit. Killing them both is literally no different to Gappy killing Damo, Wu and every other rock human he killed in self defense.

Also keep in mind, at the end of Blue Lagoon Joubin had the opportunity to kill both Yasuho and Gappy, but instead chose to let them live instead. Until then both of then had actually worked hard to keep Tsurugi safe, so they weren't Joubin's enemies, and still technically aren't.

I can't wait for Jobin or Josuke to asspull a space-time travelling power so they can travel to the past to another dimension so that Araki can finally resolve this plothole.

I think Kaato seems more like a primary villain. Araki has always had a pretty down-to-earth innocent depiction of good and evil. Since we already know Kaato is a child-killer, she fits the motif easier for me. I think Joubin might have a shot at redemption since both his wife and kid have fought on team Josuke before.

I'm rereading part 6 since i stopped reading jojo 2 years ago. Gonna continue on from that and then wait until jojolin finishes in 24 years. I used to hate anasui because of how obnoxious he was with his obsession for jolyne, but forgot how his interactions with everyone was funny as hell

Annasui is a great character and nobody ever says anything about it. At the beginning of the story he calls himself a murder and says that he wouldn't sacrifice himself to save his family. Then later on at the end, he phases Diver Down into everybody's bodies to protect them. And his development with Jolyne was great. He acted obsessed and acts really weird, but as the story progresses he mellows out and starts to act more normal.
He also had a nice dynamic with FF, but it's not really obvious at first. I hope DP adds some short filler between them.
