Context is simple. Juliet (long-haired dude) is introduced in the first series (Air Master) as an enemy streetfighter. He's a ghostwriter with tons of bitches all over his dick, plus he's a violent guy who doesn't recognise the word "no". And he wants to fuck Maki, which he attempts to do regardless of her opinion at every chance he gets.Untransated manga finale has him succeed in beating Maki up and raping her unconscious body, which she gets pregnant from. This sequel manga seems to imply that somehow this event led to them becoming a family and rearing a child together. Which in my opinion is a complete and utter bullshit.

They fight at the end of the manga and Maki wins. He confesses that he loves her and she takes him home with her. When Juliet wakes up they are together in her bed an Maki is blushing which implies she has started to like Juliet. But then Juliet tries to make a move and force himself on Maki again so she breaks all his bones.
This is where it gets weird. Later in the Epilogue, Maki is fighting a girl called Juki. after Maki defeats her, the girl acknowledged her strength by saying smth like "as expected of my mother".
Maki wakes up relieved that it was just a dream but a voice inside her womb says that she likes the name Juki and that's gonna be her name. This is how maki finds out she's pregnant. Apparently Juliet managed to come inside her when he tried to have sex with her despite Maki restraining him and breaking his bones. It's pretty weird desu.
