As I mentioned, magazine is censored. It's uncensored in the second tank whose release is 2018/4/26. Going with the chapter's release date on mangaupdates, it was 01/07/18.

Although I remember them falling behind in later chapters and still not using the tank even though it was out by then. They obviously aren't using actual magazine rips either but are scraping them from share or somewhere else (evident by the bad rips and quality they usually use) so it does make you wonder where all of that supposed donation and ad money which is supposed to be for the raw goes.
It's also definitely not traffic or server.

The magazine version of Isekai Meikyuu is censored from the start. Only the tanks are uncensored. That said, the original scanlator group wouldn't use the tank versions even when they available before they finished the chapters because 'we already cleaned/redrew the magazine version and don't want to do the work again'. They later released an uncensored version of one chapter, then translations died, got sniped by another group, then died again and have been dead ever since.

Nope, that one was on me. I was just playing around with Waifu2x, and since the downscaled output pages were extremely similar to the source ones, I decided to use it for this release. If people don't like it, going back to the original would take a just couple of minutes.
