People can say whatever they want regarding the development of Naruhina relationship but in the end of the day you can't deny that Naruto and hinata never harmed each other in any way and Naruto was always a positive affect on hinata.
There was no toxicity or abuse and hinata loved Naruto because of his personality and not his look and family name.

I have yet to see any romance as souless as this.
The only times lacus even shows any emotions is when she needs comfort from kira due to her father's death and when she's hesitant to let Kira pilot the freedom when the spec op coordinators invade their home.
Their relationship in Seed was forced as fuck and Destiny show's it wasn't much of a relationship at all to begin with.

I actually kind of like the way Dragon Ball handles romance. Which is to say, it doesn't really bother and characters just fall in love and have kids offscreen.
