In the first place isn't his reason for wanting to be an hero because bakugou idolized all might? Let me stress the fact that he literally did not work a day in his life to deserve to be an hero, he just sat on his ass. I dreamed of being a rockstar when I was a teenager, I couldn't buy a guitar and my parents wanted me to study, I didn't fucking steal one and stop studying just because my dream (which, in hindsight was shit anyway) was so important. I moved on, like a normal person would.
More than a self insert I see him as a twelve year old girl who imagines herself marrying prince charming when she grows up, even though she has 0 redeeming features. It's pathetic that some of you even see him as a "good guy", I would bet that those same people are donating their own money to e-girls like pokimane. I can't look at this character without hatred. I'm tired of being reminded of the entitled shit cunts I deal with at work everyday, who think that society is out to get them, who think they can walk into the store and act like their chai latte should be ready immediately so that they can get to work on time, because their boss is such an asshole for wanting them to actually work for their pay. Come at me white knights, children and fujoshits, I got an hour of time to waste.
Sure the story would have been better if he actually tried to get strong and be a quirkless hero before meeting all might. Or maybe he knew that would never work so he did what he could.
Yeah he's going to be in season 4, he was i season 3 and he mentioned how his quirk was useless but understood how to make the most of it and trained his ass off
Ryan Morgan
This is anotgee copypasta
Angel Garcia
No because his quirk is not trash
Dylan Gutierrez
>Sure the story would have been better if he actually tried to get strong and be a quirkless hero before meeting all might Why? You can't be a hero without a license and you cant take the exam without a quirk.
Robert Brooks
What is his quirk?
Caleb Campbell
It's not trash, but he did explain it was weak before and he had trouble utilizing it
Jonathan Reed
>his quirk was useless Only if you’re a literal retard. Let’s not pretend he was given an actually shitty quirk like Tail boy.
Adrian White
He never said it was weak just difficult to use
Jonathan Mitchell
you dont have to have a licence to call yourself a hero
Sebastian Campbell
permeation
Logan Cooper
He’s a better version of Kitty Pryde from X-Men.
Camden Cruz
Actually you do
Christopher Taylor
Like obito's sharingan? that's pretty op
Jaxon Gutierrez
Also Yeah its pretry strong but difficult to master no idea where people got that it was trash from
Christopher Wilson
He was literally told as a kid he can't be a hero because of his quirk, why don't you read the fucking Manga
For a shit quirk I was thinking more along the lines of the guy who electrocutes himself or someone who's quirk relies on them losing blood
Levi Moore
Your expectations are simply too high and far too autistic. This isn’t a story about a fucking orphaned Bruce Wayne. How would Deku realistically go from Good Samaritan kid who gets bullied daily by mutant shitters, who comprise 90% of the population, into the fucking Batman? And before you say “just join the police instead” Deku might’ve made that decision if he hadn’t met All Might.
Gabriel Ross
> intangibility > trash Top Kek.
Austin Clark
Horekoshi knew Mirio was what he meant for the main character, a high test chad
You can call yourself a policeofficer too without having the nexessary shit for it, its just illegal. The point is, if he wanted to help people he could have done so on his own without first having to be beloved by others for being a "hero".
Jacob Wood
This isn't about deku being batman or whatever the fuck you are saying, this is about deku being a typical entitled fag and people thinking that him being an entitled fag makes him a good character.
Joshua Jones
I was only replying to user, I didn't call mirios quirk trash. Mirio did however state his quirk was weaker than it appears but he utilized it
Josiah Gutierrez
And AM said the job is to dangerous without a quirk despite people proving time and time again that training gives you superhuman strength.speed and durability with which you can compete easily against fodder and with smarts also agaisnt mid-tiers.
Ayden Roberts
Thats because he sucked at using it. The quirk itself is OP in its conception.
Jackson Turner
My apologies I was talking about Mirio I should have clarified
Austin Butler
One guy in his class literally only has a tail for a power.
Carter King
Everyone knows this but herofags don't think it's a bad thing since they're not much different themselves
Bentley Garcia
Never be a fucking writer >despite people proving time and time again that training gives you superhuman strength.speed and durability So you don;t read the manga
Liam Fisher
>I moved on, like a normal person would. Loser
Camden Baker
>Bakugou literally tanks a hit from all might despite his quirk having literally nothing to do with durability Seething herocuck
Sebastian Ortiz
that's the point im trying to make, finally someone gets it. Liking deku automatically makes someone a shitty person
