I liked her, she had an interesting mix of social darwinnism, camaraderie with her subordinates, falling head over heels for Tatsumi and still being an unrelentless total sociopath, I think she was the better developed character of the show. At least she was definately better than the prime minister whose anthics bordered on evil Buggs Bunny.
