Their justice system is too lenient. For attempted murder of multiple civilians and a diety along with destruction of public and private property all they get is a fine? Where is the death penalty?
Killing a rich god that has a personal army sounds hard.
I doubt he could beat the other gods that would enforce the punishment.
I find it weird that there isn't the automatic death penalty for assaulting a deity. Maybe apollo himself would be safe but his children definitely should have been executed.

Hestia doesn't seem to be held in high regard and Apolo looks like a big shot so such a system would not be on her side.
Also his children look like high level adventurers so enforcing any punishment on them would be hard because they have the numbers and powerlevels to fight back.

Nobody has labored defined "native" in this context, thus it's meaning is ambiguous. If it's supposed to mean the story is taking place in it's original world, then the term "isekai" can't be attached, as 異, the "i" of isekai is established upon the presupposition that there's an alternative. It cannot be "isekai" if there aren't more than one established world.
I'd watch an anime about Apache Chief Kuruk Runs-With-River getting isekai'd, though.
Isekai doesn't mean transported, it means "another world" so the story must at least have 2 worlds. Unlike Goblin Slayer that only has one world, the fantasy one, Berserk had 2 worlds the regular and the fantasy world that mixed together so yeah Berserk is definitely an isekai.
It's actually well made and immersive unlike most isekai.
If the presence of numerically expressed or alphabetically ranked character parameters is all it takes to establish something as an "isekai", then every JRPG made is not, in fact, a fantasy setting, but a "native isekai" setting.
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure must also be labaled as a "native isekai" under these definitions, as stands are ranked with S through E ranks in regards to their attributes.

Isekai means the state of being from this world(Earth) to another world regardless of time or space even if its fantasy(e.g. Overlord, ReZero), alternate reality (Tanya), or to the past(Inuyasha).
Hell you can even be transported in a futuristic or post-apocalyptic world.
Reverse isekai is the opposite of that like Fate with Saber(Past) & Archer(alternate reality) or Re-creators.

I don't keep up with this genre. Isn't isekai specifically related to summoned? Other than some rpg elements, sorry is pretty grounded in myths and plot driven, instead of pure fan service
