Ok. I've read ~90 impressions on Twitter and there seems to be a pattern here. I'd say half think that overall it is a better movie than Your Name but they didn't like the ending as much (expected) or thought it was not as special/impactful. The other half are the technical/sakugafags that think it's visually better than Your Name and cried at the end. Most seem to agree that the characters/development are better.
