How does Toei have so many people and their shows still look like ass?
Ayden Morales
>44、Studio Gokumi(9 employees) Literally 9 employees worked on Ramen Daisuki. Wat. Nice show though
Christopher Harris
>Ufotable (200 employees) >Madhouse (70 employees) I expected it to be the other way around.
Connor Morris
Getting a reaction from stupid vegans like you.
Benjamin Phillips
Their focus is on profit.
Brandon Walker
only 70 animators on jojo?
Thats kinda small for whats supposedly a huge franchise
Andrew Wood
I'm surprised Gokumi have so little staff, they don't take work from others and everything they put out is pretty high quality. Hell, they even do a few originals.
Madhouse is second only to A-1 The worst-paid studio for employees Madhouse and A-1 often owe employee salaries and overtime pay A-1's work pressure even caused employees to suffer from mental illness and suicide
The best studios for employee benefits are Toei and Kyoto and Bones.
>12、Silver Link(130 employees) >130 employees and their shows still look like shit
Juan Anderson
I dont get why they dont just quit. Sure, losing your job sucks but if you explained to your new employer that after you worked 200 hours of unpayed overtime in a month, and you just had have enough, they would understand.
Wyatt Wright
its like you dont understand japanese corporate culture
Luke Perez
>24、Madhouse(70 employees) What the fuck, that few? That's probably the hightest amount of quality shows/employee ratio
Matthew Ward
>modern Madhouse >quality A decade ago they were likely much more.
Jack Myers
seeing these low numbers is a real eye opener. no wonder the quality of animation has gone to shit
Kevin Long
You have to consider that roughly 75% of animators are freelance.
