There is still that slim chance he reps the Kengan side and we just lose out on a single KAT guy but if it was 20 Sandrovich would have had more room to add in people like Retsudo

Unfortunately, Gaolong isn't overcoming Gensai unless the injury difference is huge. Gensai is just the whole package. He'd probably put up a decent fight, but not enough. I'd love to actually see the fight though.
Sen and Waka would be great too. I think it was Waka himself who stated that prime Sen is a bad matchup for him, which must be true given his previous loss to him. That being said, Waka's loss to him in the past may actually give him an advantage in this rematch since he'd know what to look for. Probably the kind of fight that would be super intense, but would finish in the blink of an eye once one side gets a leg up. If Waka hits him or gets a grapple, he wins. Otherwise, Sen will run circles around him and eventually give him the Bando treatment. I'll call it Sen's win.

Kengan is the most wholesome fighting series.

It's just a slice-of-life comedy manga about guys who go to the tournament together. They have fun, make fun, and just learn a new battle, then hang out.
