Kyoani are usually pretty good, so I don't know why anyone would target them, or why people are celebrating. I know they made a couple stinks, but their animation quality is at least average. Only problem I can think of is not waiting for more material before they go ahead with shit, which causes anime to be made and then dropped, sometimes effectively killing the manga.
