Unpopular opinion : Araki is dumb, JoJo has more plotholes than any other anime, and almost nothing makes sense sometimes.

I cant imagine antoher author writing jojo but araki, He's hack writing are the charm of the series
Typically all the hardcore Jojo fans i've spoken are delusional and think Jojo is actually good writing even with all the plotholes.
I don't watch Jojo for good writing, i watch it for the interesting characters he makes, their interactions sometimes and powers make no sense at all tho.

my favorite so far is part 4, least favorite is probably part 1 but part 5 comes close just because of how much Araki didn't give a shit while writing King Crimson and because stand user of the week formula is getting kinda repetetive.
I know you mean like d4c not being aligned to it's inicial abilitty or ge but you know that araki likes to test out stuff so he does this shit and it's cool

this isn't unpopular, araki outright forgets and writes out shit constantly and a lot of stuff just outright never gets explained
it's still fun and i love it to death because the characters are great but it's far from perfect

Araki always comes up with something at the start of his manga and then completely forgets about it or scraps it entirely way later. It's well known meme to readers of his works.
