Then know that there is no such thing as an adaptation of the Web Novel for anything in Slime. The Light Novel tells a compltely different story from the Web Novel and it even seems likely like the main antagonist is someone else in the Light Novel compared to the Web Novel. Hence the LN is not an adaptation of the WN despite the first two arcs being very similar but not exactly. So all other sources are adaptations of the LN, hence there is not a single WN adaptation around.

This (and all the other side story spin-off manga and AU spin-off manga) is an original though. Also the author mentions that he wants to make every version of the main story fit to the respective medium, hence they aren't "lazy cashgrab LN adaptations", escpacially since the main story manga actually far outsells the LN version.

No, they were not in the WN or LN. However it is the LN author himself who writes them.
I've read all the English releases of the "Veldora's Slime Observation Journals" up until now, which is up until manga volume 10. That's already pretty much "caught up", since the Japanese RAW volumes only recently got manga vol. 12 released. Though due to spoiler reasons Veldora's Diary might be switched for a different extra story from manga vol. 14/15 on.

I prefer the bunny-cunny to the fluffy tail, but it's alright I guess.
