If one had to praise any isekai, it would be those that have a somewhat more interesting start, not those that lampshade or abbreviate their stock standard start.

If what I had heard was true, the staff replacement resulted in them needing to scrap any finished animation they had at the time, and re-use resources from the previous staff. It's not as if the style or visuals would change mid-production, but the final product would have had considerably less production time, and therefore end up rushed.

The labyrinth they were exploring is a fake pleb labyrinth hiding the true labyrinth below it, which is what Hajime fell into. So he was on floor 65 of the labyrinth when they were fighting the behemoth and fell down into floor 1 of the abyss. He finds the vampire loli on floor 50 of the abyss.

The problems that Ep1 had were pacing and CG, neither of which would have to do much with scrapping old work. If you try to cover as much content as they are trying to in 12 episodes them you'll have pacing problems. And if the animators are shit at CG they're shit at CG. Can't do anything about that besides hire freelancers or something which this show probably doesn't have the budget for.

The wolves travel in packs and in the LN he captures four of them. The difference being that he captured them individually and not in the same hole. He also transmutes a spear with a drill on the end of it and slowly drills into the wolves heads to kill them because their hide is too tough for him to break through normally. In the anime he only captures two wolves, but in the same hole. It does show both of them in the previous scene. It's not an animation error, just bad pacing cutting out content.

I was thinking about them being isekai'd to a fantasy world after the shooting, the Gantz example sounds more like a literal native isekai. You can play with the dynamics between them in many ways. You could have the victims hunt for the shooter who became the demon king after arriving first or have them all awkwardly work together for a common goal. There are many possibilities.
