They take way too many liberties with the translation, to the point many lines that reiterate throughout the series in the japanese script are written differently each time in the english one.To be fair, some of the translations actually come out better in english than japanese in my opinion, but I'd still prefer they stick to the original. At its worst, characters are saying things totally differently. Example: English Reiner, instead of saying "wait", he says "I don't wanna die!".
Feel free to watch the dub, but just know you're not getting the "essence" of the writing.

Translating ALWAYS adds a layer of separation that makes things sound way more awkward and unnatural.
Assuming you are a native English speaker, watch Money Heist with the English dub instead of the Spanish original.
The dialogues sound so weird and forced somehow, that's because translation makes a lot of the original writing just not work anymore, instead you have to awkwardly tip toe around it in a way and create these awkward phrasings.
Original also has the direction of the original creators obviously, which is not a trivial thing.

He even once was frightened by serving a foreigner at a cafe, partly responsible to the titans we see. He simply accomplished the feat to distinguish his characters, knowing that they would likely all be wearing the same gear and couldn't have hairstyles and colors that a military or industry wouldn't except.

You'd need to remove the walls, colossus, and armored baseline. Except then you have the weird situation where humanity wouldn't have been able to fight back because they'd have 0 stable industries much less an economy because they'd literally be walked all over.

At best you might be able to do the ole "Zombies can't swim" and give humanity a century headstart before titans ended up swimming to the island but that's still a lost battle for humanity.

I honestly wouldn't mind a full season 1 of "Humanity fighting Titans" that ends with humies dying out though.
