You know what would be great and actually innovative?
The older self cucking the younger one in the end. MC saves her, unlike the other her that has died in the past-future, and in the end she falls in love with the adult version for being less of a fag and goes with him. He suffered long enough for his loss anyway and his design is less boring and beta, he deserves it.
