I suppose it does make sense that there's really no reason that someone can't perform magic just because they're fairy sized. Everyone assumes this was so because of Ollerus's spell "making them harmless" as his spell is meant to do, but her entire body was recreated by HP, so it's really more of a question of if HP ever bothered to make her unable to use magic or not.

No, IT is not a result of Othinus actions, she's just saying he did not exist in his current state when she used gungnir. Instead, Anna just explained it, Touma got altered when Aleister used recovery magic on Touma without Imagine Breaker, his body was healed and his brain reconstructed from a half-dead state with the belief that not having his right arm was the "normal state", that's what changed his structure.

IF this whole "Touma was never actually real and was just incubating whatever IT is" theory is true, I'm betting Aleister had something to do with it. We already know he knew about Touma before Touma was ever born. My guess is that Touma was actually born close to normal, but had the misfortune of having the MOST potential to fit Aleister's plan. Maybe he wasn't even the only baby born during Aleister's searching that could have attracted Imagine Breaker/housed IT, but he was obviously the BEST fit.

Something HAS to constantly prevent the creation of new memories or delete them after the fact. And the removal is so incredibly precise it’s strange, it feels artificial.
