Part stylistic, part ONE might not be good at drawing. With that said he has all the techniques down, that's for sure. His panel flow is brilliant.

I guess the only think that gets reported is the fact saitama was just there with them with no specifics, I don't get why they never asked the extent of his involvement.

It doesn't seem like him, not his style.
My opinion is that they just can't properly evaluate Saitama's strength so they go with underestimating him, while King was overestimated. This discrepancy in evaluation probably stems from the difference in their appearance. King genuinely looks rather intimidating while Saitama looks like a buffoon.

In the webcomic, King already tried admitting to Bang that he was exceptionally weak and needed proper training. Bang just thought he was being humble.

I think its charming for what it is, like how 2hu art looked like a 12 year old's OCs. I focus on the story for the most part. I really liked the way Mob Psycho looked and how they mimicked ONE's style of drawing in the anime. Besides, I used to draw like him so I suppose I empathize with his lack of ability. What I don't empathize with is his constant breaks.

The asosiation would asume that he wants to purposely get fired and go to their cimpetitors and would end up doubling his salary or some shit.
