I like Team 15 and I wish that they'll return after Sumire achieves her goal to experiment Nue.

Looking forward to finally seeing more Hako. I hope she gets a good amount of screentime.

They'll probably have their contribution to the story later on, and I hope we get to see something from the other new Konoha team (the team with the girl with bear gloves I think. What's their team number again?)

And also, I wouldn't think that is is a good idea from SP to "replace" Team 15 with Team 25. If SP want to develop a fourth team to fill in the new Konoha 12 characters, they should've shown more relevancy towards Team 25. "Changing" the team just because one member is going to another department (Team 15), or because of having demands from fans and viewers (Team 25) is kind of a half-assed move.

Why is anyone saying Team 25 will replace Team 15? How does that make any sense? This team's appearance doesn't mean another team is going to be shafted.

Is Renga going to become the next Coolest Guy? He's pretty much the Obito Uchiha of the group since this team seems to reflect Kakashi's old team.

Completely honest here - I actually liked this filler episode since it expanded side characters. If they make the rest of the fillers about the other class genin, I'd watch them all.

Next week episode about some random girl we'll never see again doesn't interest me.

The episode is also looking to be the first episode of an Arc that is probably 6 episodes long.

Well I'd be worth it if they tease more hanabi x konohamaru or moegi x konohamaru.

Now that we know what each of Team 25 brings to the table, and that Sai is their Jonin now, a lot. Though it bothers me a bit that these generic nobodies need to have supernatural abilities such as god-tier perception, perfect memorization ,and the best defensive abilities in Konoha to stay relevant with the hiden/kekkei genkai using main cast. It seems like these powers were brought up out of nowhere. Why weren't these characters's abilities used beforehand? I figured that the puppet user, someone who relies on brute strength, and a Kakakshi wannabee would have solved the bomb crisis a different way. The only part of this new formation that I like is that they have a designated specialty that no other team has.

Team 7: Children of former Team 7 and Team Sarutobi (a former Team 7), monitored by Naruto's apprentice (which was also a slightly modified Team 7)

Team 10: Inoshikacho, but Moegi instead of the usual Sarutobi

Team 5: All-male team of shinobi that focus all their effort in just one area (taijutsu, Doton ninjutsu, and computer hacking)

Team 15: All-female team with a mid-range chakra draining and limb sniping specialist, short-range taijutsu specialist, and a long-range soundwave specialist. Implied that their specialization is immobilizing foes due to how their Jonin also specializes in immobilizing. but not confirmed.

Team 40 needs some focus as well, considering they lost in the first round of the Chunin Exam.

I'm hoping we get a bittersweet ending like The Last Samurai with Boruto. But since its still a shounen series, I doubt it.

I'm hoping the Shippuden antagonists are proven right but I doubt it.

When was the last time, a shounen series that had a bittersweet ending? I know Jojo part 6 had one but any other series?

In all seriousness, no. It's one of those stereotypical cinematic things where a character that needs to disguise themselves does so extremely quickly. During the graduation exam, Kakashi literally changes his face to his disguise within a fraction of a second when he pins Boruto down.

Monthly now, instead of whenever they feel like it.

The manga has a consistent release schedule now (around the 20th each month), instead of being every 4-7 weeks. In the end, V-Jump is better for Boruto anyway as it shares that post-Jump sequel demographic with Dragon Ball and Yu-Gi-Oh!. Anyways, release schedule doesn't negate the shitty pacing of the manga.

All of them are functionally different, though.
Jugo: Genetic modification/experimentation and spreading contamination via wildlife.
Kirigakure: Terrorism through civil war and direct violence
Byakuya Gang: Terrorists fronting as revolutionaries to get poor on their side
Iwagakure: Were originally just a national defense force to minimize civilian casualties. Only turned rogue afterwards because their desire to stay alive superseded their original mission of being sacrificed on missions.

At least those were short. The filler arcs in boruto were too long and drawn out on top of being boring as shit. Which is a shame since conceptually they're decent ideas.
