At this point I'm just left wondering what made Ufotable accept working on this bland ass, completely average and generic piece of shit, because let's be honest here for a second - if it weren't for the animation not even half of us would be watching it.
Are studios that desperate for work, was the pay offered that good, was it possibly a favor to some execs friend, is this season just *that* bad or is anime really dying?

This isn't an original work so it was shit to begin with, they simply decided to proceed with the adaptation anyway
