I'm kind of curious how they drew this. It wouldn't surprise me if they traced the room layout and furniture from a 3D render, and drew the items on her shelves on a perspective-adjustable layer. This is too detailed and too consistent to be fully redrawn by hand for every different angle, especially for a relatively low budget show.
On the other hand, some parts were clearly hand-drawn. Look at how the line and shading styles of the airco and the lamp shade above the cabinet change between shots.

I had 3 takeaways from this episode.
Wota is the laziest and most unlikeable character of the main cast. Wota is also the biggest pervert in the main cast. Baka is basically a guy. It seems that the big innovation of this manga is that they made a badass, funny, clever male MC then genderswapped him. Baka's role models all seem to be men so far.
Good episode, Wota got put in her place. I am enjoying watching the Chuuni westaboo slowly develop from a lonely autist into literally Naruto, running down hallways scraming I HAVE TO POOP. The strongest thing this show has going for it is the characters seem like real people instead of moeblobs, the problem some JK comedies run into.

I ended up reading ahead but I noticed this too. No matter how eccentric characters get they always get pulled back to reality. Baka is a huge woman-child but not dysfunctionally crazy. Wota plays along as much as she complains and I never wonder "why" she bothers hanging out with these people. The smart girl keeps her antics to high school clever levels where everything is a learned skill instead of some savant genius.
The exception as time goes on is the occult chick but I don't really mind.
