Is people trying to force the isekai hate into everything, trolling or they are just really this retarded?

Dumb doreany
native isekai is a time flop of a forced meme
It's bit of everything.
Just a shitty forced meme. A few retards have made it a point to spam that Cop Craft is a 'reverse isekai' for some idiotic reason.
but reverse isekai is good
I think YOU, OP, are misusing the word "buzzword". It's absolutely right to come up with new names when the situation calls for it. Humans like categorization since it's necessary when you want to keep track of many things.
THIS.
"reverse isekai" specifically refers to a story that takes place on Earth, where otherworlders come here. I feel it warrants its own term.
"native isekai" is the more questionable one. You might as well just use "fantasy" since it has nothing to do with "isekai" as it is currently thought of. Technically speaking, "isekai" simply means "other world", so it CAN be broadly applied to these types of stories, but when people use "isekai" in the current context, they are specifically referring to stories where a person or group of people from one world are transported to another. This is why "native isekai" was brought into being, to differentiate stories which take place in another world, without any otherworldly travel going on; the protagonists are natives of that world.
Reverse isekai just describes those kind of stories where people that come from different worlds to ours have to adapt in order to live here. And that is what Cop Craft actually is. No need to feel offended here. There are plenty of really good shows that are labeled as "reverse isekai".
Native isekai on the other hand is complete bullcrap. It is simply a forced meme and nothing more.
I like using "native isekai" because it's a funny word to me, makes me chuckle every time
