I don't know about that. What it meant was that since the early turns lean toward vanilla beatdown, the show went into detail on the more important turns. G NEXT fights had way more combos going on and getting focus with the extra time

Way less G1s/G2s are locked to G3s these days so you can do stuff in the early game but a lot of it is setup or aggro.
Removal is rarer since people will play around that

Im pretty sure that trope saturation made tourney arcs overall shorter so I guess many decided to just stop using then sinse they dont stall for time as good anymor.

That and there's probably too many extra labor tasks involved with them since you need to create new characters, bring old ones in, make decks/fighting styles and so on for people that will rarely matter after the arc

The last thread was up for almost 4 days. There are more people posting on weekdays than weekends it seems. Weekends are always slower. If this thread survives until Tuesday or Wed I imagine there will be more IPs.

Next episode should be really good too. The show's done a good job with the Aichi/Kai dynamic.

12 crit is definitely the way to go for all the reasons you listed. Also, it's not a bad ride in Granblue since you can get rid of a card you don't want in hand like ghost ship or skull dragon

That's not necessarily bad when your deck hinges on your rear guards staying alive when said rears give you some pretty sturdy defense. Two of pic related out makes even grade 3s 20k shields.
