Nah, Asoiaf is way bigger. It has 7 Kingdom/factions even if you take it as it's more barebone level, but there are way more than that if you count outside power (white walkers, wildlings, thoses dudes outside of Westeros with danaerys), or the factions inside the 7 Kingdoms (the church, the brotherhood without banner, The Nightwatch, the Maester, etc, etc.), and that's not counting all the different houses with their own mini conflict, all the conflict on an individual level and the complex alliances.
As for LOGH, there's like 4 faction if you're counting Phezzan and the terraist, so really two, a dude that drinks whiskey while doing nothing and the church of plot device..
And while there's a good bit of internal struggle inside both factions, the main conflict still opposes just Yang and Reinhard. They are the focus.

I actually have described it as anime GoT before to give people not that heavily into anime something to latch on. Even if the stories are not that similar, if you exclude blatant pornographic nudity it kind of hits many same charm points as GoT with the multi-protagonist take and characters generally having very little plot armor. But I guess you can compare literally anything to anything when you operate on as general level.
