1 and 4 have an odd relationship. 4 actively helped 3 over 1 (although she apologized later). This seems to be because 1's older sister role (and 3's autism role) made her think 3 needed more help. A logical decision but not a very sensitive one. There might still be some unresolved tension between the two. Yotsuba throws Ichika off her game a little bit because she has a bizarre maturity that counters the onee-chan affectation.
Meanwhile 1 and 5: Ichika's older sister propensity is expressed most fully in her relationship with Itsuki. Additionally, 5 is, by any traditional metric, the primary heroine. She is *much* more likely to help Itsuki than Yotsuba. 5 winning is the best possible outcome for 1.
