We knew that he wants to destroy hero society since forever now. Every time he gets character development the result is him realizing AGAIN that "hey, I really want to destroy hero society and All Might".

Not to mention that a villain who just wants to destroy society is the most boring thing imaginable, especially when said society seems pretty fun and peaceful (at least in the All Might era). The best villains usually have motivations that make sense in some way and possibly even superior to the protagonists morals. Shiggy is just an evil edgelord. The problem is that Shiggy is not even the fun kind of evil edgelord. A villain who just want chaos, fun and destruction can be amazing, if done right (pic related). With that kind of argument you may as well say "don't discuss this series until the last chapter has been issued". The key is to accept that you're allowed to change your mind, based on where you are. At the moment, I'm not thrilled about where Shiggy seems to be heading. Doesn't mean I can't sing its praises further down the line, if Hori pulls of something good. The thing I didn't like in this particular chapter is that Shiggy proclaimed "I'm here to destroy everything" after he got his memories back. The flashback we see now is just for our benefit. This implies to me that Shiggy will continue into a direction that wasn't enjoyable to me so far.

I liked how the LoV looked like an actual mob of criminals when they cut off Overhaul's hands and walked away in a blaze. It looked like they were a real organization doing stuff.

BnHA is a very popular series. Some hate it for just that reason. Some are adolescents (regardless of chronological age) who think shitting on what's popular makes them look 'cool'. Some came, attracted by the story; but because it's not going the way they want it to, are consumed with rage and make it their life's work to try to destroy it (as if posting continually on an obscure board on a minor message board would do that). And some just need to disrupt the enjoyment of others because they have no joy, themselves. A lot of these problems could be solved if the mods would hand out perma-bans, but that requires work and they're just not up to it.
