Stop watching seasonal anime and finish your backlog.
Stop watching seasonal anime and finish your backlog
I can do both you weak bitch.
I don't keep a backlog.
In the past 2 weeks I've watched from start to finish
6 13 episode anime.
2 Movies.
1 26 episode anime.
1 50 episode anime.
and I'm watching 15 anime this season, two of which are 15 minutes or so, and one is less than 10.
Or about 67 hours of anime. It's not hard if you don't have ADD and aren't a normalfag pretending to like anime
also read dozens of manga chapters
I AM the backlog.
I'm going through all of monogatari right now.
Kizu was 10/10
But everything in my backlog was once a seasonal show too and I enjoy talking about things that get new content every week.
>seasonal
All anime that airs on TV is seasonal.
I watch 5 backlog episodes every day + whatever airing stuff.
i find it harder to watch my backlog anime as it can feel irrelevant with no discussions about them, and no hope for future episodes/chapters to be adapted like there are with season anime.
Only time i find myself watching completed anime now adays is to catch up for a season show coming up
How do i break this mindset OP?
Watch anime that you genuinely enjoy, not because Yea Forums shitposts about it.
This desu, it's not that hard if you actually bother to sit down and watch it.
If you really want to, go cold turkey and don't enter a single thread for any airing anime. You'll eventually either just watch what you want to watch or quit anime altogether (since you weren't watching it because you wanted to, but because you feared missing out)
Must be nice to not have to work, how do you do it?
I don't watch seasonal anime to begin with. A lot of older stuff I do want to watch or read though is pretty long so it's kind of hard to start them rather than looking for something shorter. I just finished a few anime and manga though and started some others.
Monogatari SSS > Owarimonogatari > Owarimonogatari S2 > Hanamonogatari > Nisemonogatari > Bakemonogatari > Kizumonogatari > Tsukimonogatari > Koyomimonogatari > Nekomonogatari
I haven't watched Zoku yet.
fuck anime, manga is better
>4.5 hrs of freetime a day average means you have no job
Lmao wagecuck, go back to your 4-23 job.
My problem with older stuff is finding all stuff for it. And if I find it, it often takes a month to dl it and I don't want to stop in the middle.
even people in the military on deployment have time to have hobbies and they have brutal work schedules. But hey, you working 3 jobs for 80 hours a week so that other people can profit off of your labor is great right? And for all your hard work you'll have all kinds of health and family problems as well as a miserable quality of life, but when you go to """"Heaven"""", you'll get in because you were a good, hard worker right?
What a fucking joke.
It's shocking how many kids don't know how to use the internet these days.
Do you even see the show list this season, OP?
There's a reason why Yea Forums is so dessert this time.
>search 5 hours for a 10 min long episode
I'm talking about bonus content and ovas.
And it's not like hard to access is a good thing.
Most of Yea Forums is generals and image dumps now and a few ~50post threads about old stuff. There is barely any actual discussion and often it turns into shitposting anyway.
this desu
even seasonals don't get that much attention unless they're isekai, shounen, harem, or a combination of the three
To be specific: Nadeko Medusa >>> Mayoi Jiangshi > Shinobu Time > Tsubasa Tiger > Hitagi End > Ougi Dark > Mayoi Snail > Sodachi Riddle = Sodachi Lost > Shinobu Mail > Mayoi Hell > Hitagi Rendezvous > Suruga Devil > Tsukihi Phoenix > Ougi Formula > Koyomi Vamp > Karen Bee > Suruga Monkey > Hitagi Crab > Yotsugi Doll > Nadeko Snake > Tsubasa Cat > Koyomimonogatari > Tsubasa Family
I actually did finish my backlog and watched what I wanted of the recent stuff.
WHAT DO I DO NOW!? I seriously don't know.
Popular seasonal shows get a general that stays up continuously and turns into shitposting.
