ITT anime where the manga is better then the actual anime.

ITT anime where the manga is better then the actual anime.
>gantz
Almost all
Most of them.
In >90% of cases the manga is better than the anime. Adaptations are rarely better than the original no matter the medium.
Drop the
>almost
And your right
OPM season 2
Hell, even the manga was better animated than OPM s1 and OPM s2 managed to be even worse than that
ITT: franchises where both the manga and the anime are awful
That's not always true. There are anime that are a straight improvement of the source material. Made in Abyss, One Punch Man Season 1, Attack on Titan, Fire Force this season are all good examples.
>even worse
you talk as if S1 was any bad, tastelet contrarian faggot.
>even the manga was better animated
Funny and original
All?
Ga-Rei Zero
NHK
Planetes
Seto no Hanayome
nice meme answer. the truth is the exact opposite most anime's are better then the manga. for example. naruto, bleach, fma, dbz, etc
>NHK manga better than anime
Absolutely based
Fuck off JC shills
>new Gantz anime never ever
is too late...
Akame ga Kill
nvm i thought op asked for anime superior to manga
Murata-san carries action with masterful fluidity from panel to panel. I don't have an example at the moment. But someone will likely post one.
You mean in 99.99% of cases, the only anime I can think of that was better than the manga is SnK, and that's only because SnK manga looks like shit.
Quite literally all of them.
all of them? what kind of retarded thread is this? are you a crossboarder?
Why are they levitating?
the movie wasnt bad at all tho
They're vampires.
Specifically...
Evangelion
Deadman Wonderland (the manga was completed and the overlapping arcs had more characters and interaction in the manga)
Elfen Lied (manga was actually completed)
Fullmetal Alchemist (Brotherhood should have been the only series)
Higurashi When They Cry
Akame Ga Kill
The only time I can recall that an anime was better than the manga version were when the manga was based upon the anime instead of the normal vice versa and in the case of Fruits of Grisaia but that is because the anime series is a single continuum while the manga resets at every story arc. Also, the confrontation with the guy with the double barrel shotgun was better in the anime.
>Made in Abyss
Dude they butchered it.
>One Punch Man Season 1
Murata version is equal, unless you were talking about the webcomic
>Attack on Titan, Fire Force
Agree
beserk
ask me how I know you've only seen 10 anime
I got you user.
Last one I have
>most anime's are better then the manga
>*procceds to list shounenshit*
current state of Yea Forums
Cgi stuff was lit they can always do more!!!!!
nearly all of them
have sex
awesome
nice argument.
MOB
They censored the fuck out of every single death scene
is the manga really like that?
>t. too lazy to check
fpbp
i dont even know what ending i prefer, manga ending is THAT awful
They are both inferior to the novel
Can you faggots actually answer the question instead of being retarded?
Death Note, Claymore, Berserk, Dragonball to name a few.
yes
>Can you faggots actually answer the question instead of being retarded?
It was already answered in the first few posts
>The manga have more action and movement than anime.
>Even the voice is better!
>berserk
BINGO! finally the first real response. thank you user.
If anything you should ask anime that are better than the manga
Jojo part 5, anime is shit
Gantz osaka was better than the manga without the fucking vampire who disapperead after the end
Lol no, Gantz:O is beautiful and I enjoy it very much, but strips down the arc like crazy, no stoners, no nymphomaniac dude fucking monsters, we barely get to see the Osaka guys doing cool stuff.
5 cm per second
Fite me
>Evangelion
But it doesn't have the good parts
Tell me she caught him fapping to her in this version
yes
That's common as fuck though, the fuck are you on about?
Idiot. Lemme fix your thread real quick.
ITT anime where the anime is better than the manga.
>can't think of any
Get the fuck out of Yea Forums, fucking kill yourself.
K-ON is one of the few I'd agree with. Even though I enjoyed the manga and some of the stuff that wasn't adapted is pretty good.
>arguing with people that aren't from Yea Forums
Air Gear
>changes the story so much that's it's practically it's own AU.
Mob
Kimetsu no Yaiba
And this is from recent memory alone
I just couldn't think of any that's all. And I'm not even one of those guys who hates anime. I just think that you'll always lose something in translation.
Seiken no Blacksmith
am I getting gang banged by anime onlies rn?
this manga is underrated AF
top 10 no doubt.
Amazing how despite literally something like 5+ attempts, only two of which were 24 episode anime granted, they were almost all terrible.
>manga accurate anime never
agreed homie
Name?
CCS
Nazo no Kanojo X is one of the few exceptions.
Strong start, shit ending.
was gantz the most B&R manga ever released?
samurai deeper kyo
They should make another anime, zoomers would love this shit.
I never got very far in either the anime or the manga (I think a couple volumes at most for the manga) but I fucking hated the anime for turning all the enemies into demons or something iirc. Looking it up apparently it doesn't really follow the manga that much anyway.
Almost everything that has a real plot will be guaranteed to be better in the original source form but it can have a good adaptation that's enough to just skip the source which can be a bit harder to get around to read it, now SoL moe tier show is in most cases improved when adapted like yurus
b and r? what do you mean?
>zoomers like gantz
nah fire force is more their speed
>mangapanda
Duh. Why do you think its so popular?
>Evangelion
The manga misses the point of the series too hard. The only fags that like the manga better are the half-brained retards that can't handle fucking Evangelion.
Not that guy but gonna guess 'based' and 'redpilled'
All of them. The only good anime are originals.
>Mob
I agree
>Kimetsu no Yaiba
I think it ruins the pacing
Planetes is in my top 5 manga, is the anime really better than the already great manga?
A manga is better than its anime adaptation 99.9% of the time
Right? It was almost shot-for-shot in some spots. And most of the changes were for the sake of making it more self-contained.
Still sad we didn't get to see that one guy try to rape the 100 point alien though.
in that case then yes it is.
I wouldn't mind another film like it. I just don't know why they chose that arc when the main character isn't even in it.
I knew this was going to trigger some purist retards. Wasn't disappointed.
That feels unreal.
hokuto no ken has some of the best seiyuu work pre-2000s, it's insane
let's agree that dragon ball is a rare exception where it's equal. they act like two entities, not just an adaption. funi does their own thing for better or worse. often it's a hit or miss. the tournament of power was clearly better in the anime for example.
K-On and Gintama are the 2 big ones
Bokurano is pretty notorious for having a completely fucked anime adaptation that completely ignores the source material despite having like four years worth of content to work with. They're basically two completely different stories after the first few fights. It's such a shame it'll never get a proper anime adaptation.
Berserk
Kakegurui
