Have to disagree. They don't make you care much for any of the characters aside from Giorno and Bucciarati, though. Plus the fights after Bucciarati goes rogue on the mafia are all shit with constant asspulls and Diavolo is one of the worst JoJo villains.

First half was genuinely amazing but of course the rushed hamfisted plot with shallow melodrama in the second half turned it to shit.

Literally the only anime I remember from Winter is Kemurikusa, and I watched over 20 shows in that season, I do remember Bermuda Triangle but I don't think that's a contender.
From Spring is definitely Fruits Basket, and maybe, MAYBE, JUST MAYBE, Hitoribocchi.
Too early to talk about Summer and Fall but there's nothing that looks promising in Fall so I doubt it changes anything and for Summer I still need to pick up more shit, but Dumbbell is winning.
To summarize, only contenders so far in the year are:
Kemurikusa
Fruits Basket
Hitoribocchi
Dumbbell
