Lad...
Vuze kinda went to shit but if you want something made by some of the people from Vuze you can try out BiglyBT. MPChc with madvr is still the way to go imo but mpv also exists which is a solid contender because of how autistic you can be with the settings.
Some private trackers don't allow the "good" versions of uTorrent, so I switched to Deluge. It's almost the same with YaRSS2+Pieces+Label and some other plugin I'm probably forgetting.
qbittorrent
Vuze is shit but pthc is still good
mpchc*
>Vuze
>not Azureus
Deluge, transmission, qbittorent
MPC-HC, MPV
NAS running Transmission and a NUC running Kodi, connected to an AV receiver and some big speakers, way more comfortable than using a desktop PC/laptop.
No, Transmission and mpv
>Vuze

Qbit+mpv
Didn't the Vuze devs just abandon the project and told everyone to just switch to BiglyBT
For me it has always been LimeWire and VLC media player. Hope that helps buddy.
>using private trackers
If you're gonna join a secret club, you might as well join all secret clubs.
Yes
qBittorrent, Transmission or Deluge.
mpv or MPC.
everyone uses deluge and vlc
I wish I had the technological knowledge for torrenting.
Is a good VPN really all I need to protect my privacy?
>Not just getting something like qbittorrent and using the magnet links then deleting the seed once you have 100% of the download
Companies give no fucks about torrenting anime. They focus on music and movies.
Yeah I've as wondering whether anyone has ever received a copyright infringement notice with anime only ever received one from western media - I know the Japanese government is trying to crack down on Piracy, but maybe that's only for their own Country.
This thread is offtopic.
This is the patrician choice.
Found the streamer. You probably are the same type of faggot who makes dub threads.
I still use Vuze. Tell me why I shouldn't, Yea Forums. What do other programs do better?
qB is just better
>I wish I had the technological knowledge for torrenting
You download a torrent file of the thing you want.
Open the torrent file with your choice of torrent client
Confirm the storage location and it should start the actual file download.
Or if you use qBittorent you can click magnet on the torrent site and it skips steps 1 and 2
But the Bohemian Club turned down my application.
I use qbitorrent
>being a leeching prick
Go fuck yourself.
Wait, what
Something you want to tell us, user?
Oh calm down, it's just autocorrect
Ok, sure, user. I believe you.
Now explain how "pthc" ended up in your dictionary in the first place.
Why do you have pthc in your autocorrect
I've heard of that happening, yes. It was some mainstream shit like SnK though
>had to google it
Am I on a list now?
And why would you have pthc on your autocorrect dictionary now, hmm~?
Eternal summer
rtorrent on a local raspi, webtorrent on a keybind to stream magnet links to mpv, and qbit to search for anything else
qbittorrent amd mpc-hc+madvr
Don't most people?
yeah do that if your on windows
You're on fucking 4channel. We're all on a list.
Is it for a party? Can I be on it?!
Most people on Yea Forums maybe.
>then deleting the seed once you have 100% of the download
eat dick
Maybe as in no one at all.
If you don't like it go join a private tracker
>list of retard faggots
Maybe.
>I should be a nigger and shit in the public park!
>If you don't like it, go to a private park!
Set Qbitorrent up to autodownload from HorribleSubs RSS and watch with MPV
Glad you understand
Yes. I understand that you are a filthy capitalist.
>as in no one at all
Oh you poor summer child.
I've been using Azureus/Vuze for 12 years.
No problems, no complaints.
>macOS
>advertisements in the fucking torrent client
The real cool kids do rtorrent and mpv actually.
qBittorent + mpc-hc
Transmission via a web interface and mpv works nice for a media server.
I've tried mpc-hc and maybe it's better as far as video quality goes (I couldn't tell LOL), but it doesn't even come close to VLC if you want any advanced configuration.
For example, set the default audio/subtitle language, or set a numeric index for the subtitle track you want to use by default, for files where the first track is Japanese but signs-only or whatever. Or audio/subtitle track synchronization (in both directions not just a delay) for when the only available subtitles on the web don't quite match up with your video file. Or the ability to dynamically amplify the audio on the fly. Crank the volume up to 200% with just a flick of your mouse wheel for banger OPs.
Those of you who use mpc-hc or mpv, why? Are you using a custom UI?
>ads on a fucking torrent client
>no complaints
Yeah, thats your brain on applel
Please tell me more about your set up. I am trying to do something similar. Do I need the NUC to act as a media PC or can I run something on the NAS to the AV receiver without needing the NUC? How do you torrent to the NAS without first having it on your PC? Or do you just select the NAS as the destination when torrenting the file in the first place? Do you take any security measures or anything?
just run linux on the NAS and use rtorrent in an ssh session. run a samba server too and the NUC will just stream it locally from the network drive.
macOS is the best choice for a workstation if you're a developer. I still use Windows at home though.
use taiga > qbit >mpv
Taiga automates downloads if you watch seasonal shows, if you don't watch seasonals ignore taiga and just use qbit > mpv
Download from RSS feed with qbittorrent and watch with MPV
Which site do you download from?
I used Azeurus for many years followed by Vuze till I got too annoyed at it, then tried biglybt which wasn't good enough. Lastly I tried Halite and its perfect.
I only have yuyu downloaded and that in itself is like 100GB+ which was annoying cause I lost it and rage quitted and decided to just use alternative means
>download
Nice english newcomer
Based and up-to-date-pilled
out of context but which site do you guys use to torrent games? is skidrow still the best place?
horriblesubs.info
nyaa.si
qbittorrent
>skidrow
>site
You are retarded and deserve all the malware you got.
Crack groups never have web-sites.
>Crack groups never have web-sites
>says that on a torrenting thread
Clearly you stream your anime, you lack the IQ to understand what i'm talking about. Please redirect back to where you belong you "zoomer"
Damn I haven't seen that logo in years
You fucking moron
I'd rather be that than (You)
Is there any real noticeable difference between a 720p and 1080p anime? I cant imagine its that big a difference.
>deleting the seed once you have 100% of the download
Why? Just set the seed ratio to 0.
Use mpv and the gpu-hq profile. Better than most people's setup on Windows with MPC-HC/BE + MadVR. If you want top placebo quality, you can add some shaders on top of the profile like FSRCNNX, SSimDownscaler, and KrigBilateral.
Yes.
>he thinks scene groups would bother making a public website when the feds are looking for any kind of information on them instead of just making releases on FTP
Dumb fucking Yea Forumsermin.
BTN to Sonarr to Transmission to mpv
What's this, an ancient pasta? The archives are returning nothing.
> vuze
OK, this is going to be a bittersweet evening. Thanks OP. Welcome to the future. Stay strong.
No, you are only stupid enough to use VLC.
Your speed can get fucked if you don't also seed while downloading.
en.wikipedia.org
I mean the option that let the torrent to stop seeding once the file has been 100% downloaded, not the upload speed. That way it'd be less hassle than manually deleting the torrent yourself.
I still name my torrent folder Azureus Downloads, even though I've been using qBit for over 5 years now.
Fair enough.
i use qbittorrent and mpc-hc+madvr myself
taiga is still great to use no matter what, hook it up to anilist and use it to keep track of what you watch and it's a godsend
i couldn't live without it
is that so
Wew
qBittorrent and mpv with Taiga for RSS feed
most 1080p anime are shitty upscales. if you set up upscaling properly you can save space and get better quality with 720p
theres no actual visual difference between VLC and MPCHC is there? its like cable stones for audio
