I've watched the first episode of all three and I can already tell you everything you need to know about them and what to expect in the future.

Vinland Saga is bland but it's hilarious to watch Japan butcher foreign cultures.
I put off watching Dr. Stone because I expected it to suck, but I was pleasantly surprised. It might succeed on scale alone if it pulls off the plot of rebuilding a world and doesn't turn into a highschool in village form.

And the tryhard "e=mc^2" has relevence to the plot

Shinra's cringe smile reflex is one of the most charming parts 0f his character. All the art of him with the shark grin makes him look like the standard-issue hotblooded Kamina character and then you remember that when he makes that face he's nervous as hell inside, and it makes you want to hug and protect him.
