The problem with that is the time it takes to grow the bodies. Vetto's new body is younger than his original elf body because there wasn't enough time for it to mature. On the other hand we know based on Luck that the human souls are already starting to pass away. The best option would be Sally somehow cooking up a massive amount of baby bodies but she didn't seem to have enough pods for that. Also as far as we know the only way to actually tether a soul to a body is through the spell that Wevil cast which the elves may not have access to. The full reincarnation spell also requires human sacrifices.

It's clear as day that this isn't just a coincidence. There's also some other curiosities like Licht's swords being scattered in weird places. The dungeon in particular strikes me as being significant since it was an old structure that appeared out of nowhere right after Asta and Yuno got their grimoires and just happened to contain not only one of the swords but also Sylph, the spirit that matches Yuno's element. All of this happening at just the right time is way too convenient, so I think a more likely explanation is that someone is actively making these things happen.

Imagine if the plot twist is that asta is destined to become some kind of anti chirst.

Would it be possible to have an arc centered around Yuno? And I mean one where Asta is absent. I was thinking about how something similar happened in Naruto with Sasuke when the story followed his adventures for a while, but I'm not sure if Yuno could manage that. Something like an arc following the reformed Golden Dawn during the Bulls' visit to Diamond would be cool setup if it did happen. William's redemption and possibly him finding out more about his curse, Langris becoming less of an asshole, David showing off his dice magic properly, Compass-chan and Klaus sibling banter, Mimosa fanservice, etc. I guess the arc could be about the Golden Dawn helping the elves found a new village somewhere in the buffer zone between Spade and the other kingdoms and thus having to fight off some Spade forces. Yuno needs to connect with his elf comrades too.

Will Licht give Asta the two remaining swords after this? Was it ever explained why Asta's second sword was just chilling in that dungeon?
