The most unbelievable part was that every harem member actually had some character depth to them, they didn't solely exist to please the MC but had lives outside of the group shenanigans, became good friends with each other, eneded up all being one big extended family to help and support each other, and ultimately had meaningful impacts through the series, not just while they were being introduced. All the while slowly growing to like, then love the MC for their own reasons and not just because he was there.
