How so? I honestly don't see how Doflamingo could really do any damage to Jack. Guy tanked a Zounisha swipe and was somewhat pissed about it.
Doflamingo's feats are largely durability and dexterity, his offenses aren't particularly impressive. And in terms of durability, the only characters to have fought for longer than Jack are Akainu and Aokiji. So a fight between Doflamingo and Jack would at best be a stalemate because Jack can't hit him and Doffy can't hurt him, until eventually Doffy hauls ass because Jack would never do that.
