The real reason they can't kick him out is because HxH is owned by POT not Shueisha. So Togashi could just go to Kodansha and Shogakugan without any problems.

I liked Kimetsu no Yaiba a lot more than I thought I would. I'm going to continue watching it and it takes a lot for a multi-cour show to hold my attention for the entire duration.
