Hitomi Kariya quits because Trigger was so bad, so does other animator like Kazuto Arai, Takumi Sunakohara, even newbie like kasen who quickly quit and went freelance. Only few people who actually shines from the start like Kai Ikarashi and Ichigo Kanno but that's all. If you tell any animator out there, "oh, Trigger is the best studio and they treat their animator and dougaman well!" you'll only get yourself laughed at.
