I'm actually a big fan of isekai, and death march was really nice if you prefer super slow and mellow shows. It's nothing I would ever recommend to anyone but I enjoyed it.

Basically, it comes down to Ikki and Stella having a well developed romance. They go through the steps in the relationship, they make their mistakes, and they PROGRESS.

The problem with a lot of Harem Animes is that they have so many love interests that none of them get developed and the entire romance subplot is stuck in perpetual holding pattern.
