Alright, what's up with these threads? The manga and LNs are doing fine domestically and overseas, the number of unique IPs per thread is some of the highest in Yea Forums, the waifus are all top tier in their own ways and the story is refreshing in its take of a completely standard fantasy world and the accompanying cast.
So why do threads either go over 500 or die miserable deaths? Is it simply not having enough to discuss? Why are doujins so slow to trickle down? Are people simply too committed to samefag furiously in Dragon Ball threads and shill a new season of Haruhi?

Yea Forums doesn't read LN's or god forbid WN's. And less then 10% read manga. This place is just full of an extreme minority that reads, and the rest just react to (current trending anime). Theres a lot of stuff to talk about in GS, but you bet your ass that people won't be damned to go read about it.

I don't know about that, GS is in a really weird place. We can't talk about the manga because LNfags will say that this won't happen or something like that specially that Priestessfag, we can't talk about the LN because of the same but in this case, untranslated volumes and of course we can't talk about those if we haven't read it.
Just talk about what you want. What are you even afraid at? Someone strangle you across the monitor? If you're lying someone will point it out, eventually, that's it. When Priestess is sad: The Red Moon loses its light, The Green Moon turns brighter, The Abundance of Stars is indifferent, & GS postpone every goblin slaying & hires illegal adventurers to help her, crazy as they are, those are what happens.
Hey you, can you please gives us the full summary of volume 1? We only know up to the part Paladin Girl suggest GS that the whole thing could have been planned by someone with loads of money or something. After that the thread died and spoiler user never returned to finish the summary.

Summary is too much but basically: On the surface: Evil merchant hire evil shits, evil shits betray evil merchant, demon hunters including Guts guard the Earth Mother Temple against the main force, & GS' party protect Water Town from the secondary force (goblins). A bit deeper: Thin Man uses the distraction to summon Demon Lord, Priestess unknowingly destroys the ritual site, Lizard Priest defeats the devil, Haruhi cleans up the rest later. Really deep: Reality loves bullying Priestess.
