Two gay metalhead dudes are into satanism, and they accidentally offended a demon that cursed them. Each time they fuck one of the dudes get pregnant and gets pregnant with demons and tentacle monsters, the pregnancy lasts a day or so, and then he gives birth to a monster or a demon that they have to fight. And they just like having sex with each other so much it worth fighting a monster each time.

The name of the manga would be "The Children of Bottom".
