You say this, but a lot of Level Upper and Sisters did indeed still have lesbian shenanigans even if it's not as dialed up as Nagai space. We still suffer from that curse to this day. I took a long time to finish Railgun. It was simply not my cup of tea.

Kuroko wasn't even really in it. The scenes with Kuroko talking about "waiting" before Touma buzzes in wasn't even in it.
Hell, almost none of Touma's scenes with Kuroko from the Index LN and anime were even in it.

I watched index first and I almost dropped it until the sisters arc happened. Then I watch Railgun because my favorite character was the show's heroine (Mikoto) and I loved it a lot.
Different folks for different strokes

I was not a fan of Kuroko trying to drug her so-called friend no. The only important thing from the episode (if you could call it so) was introducing Kongou's future friends.
The scene was in the manga as well, but I remember the setting being different; not at a pool. I also recall Kuroko just generally being more rabid in the anime. Much like Kongou, she's more palatable in the manga.
Also she doesn't have her stupid parted bangs.

Even Index anime made Kuroko worse, by shoehorning her into the first arc (when she wasn't even in it originally) and does it again in season 3.

For the first 6 volumes, all we really knew of Kuroko's lesbian possibility was that Touma was creeped out by her laying in Mikoto's bed.

The timeline however was different, Maaya and Kinuho debut after the Level Upper Arc when Kuroko and Misaka had to clean the pool after being caught trying to sneak back into their dorm (after defeating the AIM Burst). In the anime they were punished because Kuroko and Misaka caused a ruckus in the dorm after Kuroko's "computer parts" were discovered..

This is wrong, Misaka and Accelerator have the highest mental power and physical power respectively. You have the numbers there so I'm not sure how you made that mistake.

Also going to say that Mugino and Kinuhata still beat the mental and physical levels of the highest ones you noted there. Granted you aren't covering 2 star characters but they're still the second best in the current attack ranking despite not being 3 star, even if they are more of a glass canon as a result.

You use character crystals to increase the rarity(stars) by either rolling more copies, getting them from quests of buying them from the store with reduced crystals.

There is, you get dupe crystals or get them from playing hard mode and upgrade the character. In most cases though no they will be a bit weaker than other 3 stars. Some like mugino are glass cannons though and have better attack stats.
