Exactly as said! I use Procreate, which sadly doesn't have paper textures like Sai does, so for this I adjusted the noise before adding a layer of a few strokes of the biggest Charcoal brush I could manage. I made that layer the same color as the background color and lowered the opacity until it looked papery. Thanks for noticing and for asking, hope that helps!

this depends on your brain, easy way is increasing your line stabilization so you could control your line. second is
FORCE yourself to limit the line you make just ONCE, if it's shit undo it. Don't make short line, make a good long line, this will also train your lineweight. It will take a long time if chicken scratching is your habit, but worth it.

Hey, I notice you're improving, so keep at it! It's still pretty rough, but I did a redline and pointed out some stuff that you might want to look into.

I get what you were trying to go for with the foreshortening of the left forearm, but without proper contours it'll look off.

I get it may be a style thing, but generally I notice that your heads tend to have the jawline extend past the point where ears normally start. You should try softening the angle like in .
>Right shoulder isn't raised
This is a really common mistake and it's that people usually forget to account that the shoulder itself raises when you lift your arms. This also has the effect of lifting up the chest.
>The pose itself is very stiff
Not much I can say since I didn't really change it when redlining, but the pose just feels forced and unnatural. It helps to do some smaller sketches to find a good pose, or alternatively just use good references.
There's also some smaller stuff like the ribs not sticking out correctly or the armpit not properly connecting to the torso.

I think the most important thing you should focus on right now is getting the contours right. This requires both anatomy and line control. Since you can't rely on rendering as a crutch to cover bad forms, this would improve your work greatly. Try looking up pieces with good lineart and redraw the pose. Use their work as a direct reference but don't trace. Keep in mind all the different bumps in musculature and where the joints jut from the body. Also, don't be afraid to use the liquify or warp tool in your drawing program to fix any issues.
Improving poses is as simple as finding a good reference online, so that really isn't much of a priority. I also suggest going with relatively simple poses with less foreshortening first so you don't have to worry about perspective at this stage.

When I mean being active, I just mean showing your followers that you're still around, but uploading daily does count towards that. You don't need to post a new piece every day or so (could always RT art you like), but having a schedule where you post at a certain time on a certain day for your own content can help immensely. The followers who like seeing your work now have a general understanding of when you post so they can look forward to sharing it on their timeline. Consistency is key.

And as much as I would like to simply post art and move along, being social with your audience and other people who draw on Twitter is part of the growth if you wanna see your numbers go up. They'll boost you up a lot more than going at it solo. Again, you don't need to always go all out and draw fanart/requests for them. Sometimes replying/liking their responses is more than enough if they decide to interact with you.

Though is all from my own experience using Twitter. I've made steady growth since December of last year when Tumblr purged everything and I had to switch platforms.

Besides the obvious of following trends, focus on doing art for a certain amount of series or fandoms. It's a nice way of getting known. If people like what you do then they'll start to show it. If you can find communities you're comfortable with, you'll have less of a hassle trying to grow.

With the posts themselves, you don't need to fill it with hashtags if you're trying to broaden your reach. I find that people are often dissuaded from posts like that. 2-3 is usually fine and if you already included something like the characters name in the post (example: Maki Nishikino from Love Live!) you don't need to repeat it in the tags. Twitter will put it the search results anyways. Don't be afraid to RT your own art later in the week for others to see. Not everyone will initially see it when you first post.

I know Discord is often disliked around here (at least in the Yea Forums drawthread), but joining servers with other artists or similar interests to yours will help in giving you that boost you want, because again, making those connections are important. It's a give-and-take process where you help each other out. Depending on how you go at it, it might be obvious if you're only there for the clout and not there to be social. If you're in the same server with people who like the same thing as you do though, you might end up having fun or making new friends you might have never met before. So far in my experience, I haven't had any issues since I like to play it safe and take part of what goes on semi-regularly. I've met plenty of nice people/artists to follow.

Take all this with a grain of salt. Your success will be different from mine or others, but I hope you find the growth you're looking for, user. Maybe you'll end striking up gold at some point and explode. Also holy shit, I didn't expect my response to be this long.

So you want someone to suggest a character that you can draw receiving money? That's one of the strangest things I've ever heard. Is that some kind of fetish? I don't think anyone really knows what to expect or has any character ideas that would work. (Well, you could just wait for the LWA spammer to provide a character. He reacts to every signup, eventually.)
