I feel like I'm missing something with how common the slave trade aspects of these are and how it's automatically just accepted by the MC. I can understand that maybe they are trying to respect the way the world they got dropped into does things but the are always extremely on board with supporting the slave trade themselves, and don't even attempt to free their slaves once they become close with them.

I have been reading this isekai manga (adapted from a WN) that I can't remember the name of. It's about a guy who can kill anyone just by thinking about it. And the ability seems to cut through damn near all attempts to bypass or game it as a skill. Furthermore attempting to kill him will also get you killed even if he doesn't notice you trying.
I am trying to think if this is the most OP character I have seen in my (admittedly limited) isekai experience. Could he kill the cell phone guy? Maybe so.

The reason you don't see that so often is the same for 90% of isekai being recycled garbage, it actually takes effort to do the designing and worldbuilding required to introduce a unique and well done aesthetic style. Most Isekai is just has you said, some minor variation of a dragon quest world, with differing flavors of gimmicks added to the "suddenly I've been transported from sucky real-world to a generic fantasy life were I am the best, and get everything I want with minimal effort" plotline.
Occasionally you do get some good ones, although those usually subvert the typically formula in various ways, you might be interested in The Ride-On King, it has a traditional fantasy aesthetic for the most part, but you can tell a lot of effort was put into the art and character designs.

Also most slavery in Isekai is domestic slavery, domestic slaves were rare and never poorly treated, because you don't want to live with someone who hates you. A female slave would not be treated much worse than a normal maid would be.
I feel Isekai protags would have a worse view of slaves if instead of seeing attractive women doing domestic chores while wearing a collar they would see ordinary men being worked to death as miners or agricultural labourers.

I mean, only categories out there are:
-MC gets given literal cheat
-MC has some kind of tech knowledge or inspiration that lets him/her rule over the ignorant savages (hint: there's often a reason ignorant savages do things the way they do them)
-MC goes and does something completely ordinary like farming, has inexplicable luck and success doing something everyone else is doing, and gets people fawning over them
-MC is WRONGED!!! by some evil person, and is fueled from there by the power of REVENGE!!! (sometimes mixed with the above three)
-MC is totally ordinary but mysteriously powers up through some dubious "hard work and dedication" with no explanation as to why nobody else in the entire world is able to do the same
Exceptions are extremely rare. I mean, outside of these storylines, why does the person's isekai adventure matter at all? A person who could be transported to another world and succeed on their own merits is someone who could succeed in the regular world as well, and the whole point of isekai is for someone to replace their general lack of success in their own world with success in another one. If they don't succeed, we're not interested. If they do succeed, then why didn't they succeed at home? The only real way to get around this is effectively to use the isekai as a metaphor for the teen getting kicked out of the house and having to scrape something together out in the "real world," which is "another world" here. But people stuck in their rut want to hear about miraculous success, not the actual piecemeal steps needed to work up to a happy life. That's why they're stuck in their rut, after all.
