Why would I backtrack? He hasn't caught onto the fact that Tsubame hasn't been sincerely accepting his decision. Seeing through it would just mean that Ishigami was particularly perceptive.
Ishigami is not Prez, and does not have the history with Tsubame that Prez has with Kaguya. The situations are quite different. Ishigami, in fact, barely knows Tsubame, something this chapter highlights. He doesn't even know how she talks among friends. It's why it might be important for Ishigami and Tsubame to really get to know one another before going out. They could, and I know this is a shock, be incompatible.

Aka is consistent in characterization. For what we know about Tsubame, she's also a straightforward girl, unexperienced in love, not a schemer like Kaguya.

I thought it was cute when Onodera asked Miko if it was okay to eat the alcoholic chocolates, having her say it's fine since they weren't drinking it only for Onodera to offer her water telling her it's alcohol and have Miko be thrilled about it. Is Onodera like to Miko what Hayasaka is to Kaguya? Since Hayasaka is the best girl does that mean Onodera is as well?

Probably a bit of both but I'd wager it's mostly the flirting. The table in front of her is clear in the panel right before Tsubame teaches Ishigami about drink mixing and littered once when it's over. That's a lot of chocolate in a short amount of time.

Miko's behavior seemed more like smug teasing than guilt-tripping to me. Granted, we need more context to know for sure, but her smile when talking about him feeding her, as smug as it was, didn't really seem malicious or manipulative. Either way, her attitude towards him changed so much between the party and the new term that there has to be some big development on top of the broken arm.
