Jojo is the most intelligent shounen ever written. Can you name a better shounen than this? The answer is no, you can't. The fight scenes are so much better than any other shounen fights. These fight scenes are written with brain and intelligence. They're very original fight scenes and don't follow a traditional fight scene formula in any way. Dragon Ball can go fuck itself. Also, the JoJo fanbase are some of the nicest and most intelligent people you will meet on the internet. We just want to have fun and share our fun little memes. Did we read the same arc? The World didn't beat Tusk Act 4. All Diego did was return it's bullet back to Johnny by cutting off his leg. Had nothing to do with The World. Might even be stronger than The World.

Could Tusk defeat GER? GER wasn't really explained much so it's hard to say. I think because SCR had a weakness in the ball of light, and Bites the Dust had a weakness in Kira's accidental loophole, It might be safe to say that there's a gap in GER's power somewhere that Diavolo didn't find in time. Can GER stop someone from moving, or only their ability and time shit? If GER can only stop the ability, would the power to set shit to zero defeat infinity, or would infinity overcome zero?

I honestly don't mind GER. Yes the requiem arrow was introduced rather late but it doesn't really matter that GER is OP because its the conclusion. The big final climax was racing to use the arrow. Giorno lost 3 JoBros and had to do a bunch of clever deductions and ballsy moves to get that arrow. He deserved it.

I just don't see how though. GER's ability is just saying fuck you to anyone that means it harm. If anyone intended to disable it through some hypothetical weakness, they would never arrive at the reality where they actually do it.
Requiem stands have the power to dominate souls, so I think GER works through reading the intentions of its aggressors. Maybe if someone didn't realize they were doing it harm it could work, but I doubt it.

You wonder how the hell you can get the arrow, but the answer is some stupid bullshit ball of light that casts a shadow on your soul that when destroyed disables SCR. It doesn't make any sense, but if you pay enough attention to your surroundings and don't rush things, you have a chance of defeating the Requiem stand. That's why I think Diavolo lost, at first he wanted to hide and think of a counter strategy, but his ego convinced him to run in guns blazing and use his time skip, which fucked him in the ass.

And Giorno can still control GER as well just like Kira can still control Killer Queen so no, it's a requiem ability just before Araki decided on a name. The shape of the arrow doesn't matter since all stand arrows have the same property of drawing out the potential of the worthy.

It's just a one hit kill attack with an asinine condition of needing to be on a horse to use. User is completely vulnerable to attacks and even loses in the fight immediately after getting it.

However, Act 4 illustrates something that good Jojo fights have, and it's that even the villain got to play his trump cards before losing it. GER is an instant win button that doesn't give Diavolo the ability to counter or defend himself. Dio vs Jotaro was also good because, despite Jotaro blatantly getting a powerup in front of his eyes, Dio kept his head cool and could fight, and still had the upper hand of having a longer timestop than Jotaro.

Probably the only real chance is a stand that can travel back in time and kill him before he gets the arrow.
