At least her knowing trivia about making paper and other things is justified in the manga, unlike those isekai whose MC is regular high schoolers who knows how to make gunpowder or other things from scratch.

I think a better indicator of good isekai is the support cast around the MC. You can have a good MC but if everyone around him is cardboard cut outs then it's mediocre at best.
