It feels like they totally skimped on the budget for these episodes too, the cioccolata ones felt WAY better. Sure part 3 has it's jotaro asspull but Jotaro still had to bluff hard vs Dio. I think it may have to do with Pucci's intentions. It's weird to think about, but Pucci's actions, in his own twisted way, were born out of pure intention, he viewed himself as a savior bringing heaven to all, in service to dio and his kin, not against them. In that sense, such an action doesn't "go against" GER, Pucci doesn't intend to stand against GER, so GER doesn't active. Stupid and convoluted, maybe, but consistent.

Part 3 is so formulaic and the stands are almost all of them so simple that it just becomes way to way boring and repetitive.
Part 2 is close but alot of things in it are stuff we've already seen in Part 1.
Part 1 because of it's short nature is always different, first it starts as a period drama, then it's about vampires, then it's about dudes punching stuff with the power of the sun, jack the ripper comes out of a horse, jojo fights some RPG bosses, then goes to a Castlevania level were he fights a Vampire that can shoot lasers from his eyes and finally ends up dying to a severed head. You never know what's coming next and the fact that Part 1 has that theater play feel makes it surprisingly charming

During the 3 dozen universe resets or whatever, Giorno and Rohan are the only ones still the same from the original timeline. Well, other than Kars, who's been chillin' on Mars, and each time the timeline gets to Part 2, another Kars comes to hang out with him.

Well he did. It's just that later Jotaro also developed the Over Heaven power for the final battle.

I did get a kick out of Jotaro winning the exact same way just because this DIO never had the ending of Part 3 happen to him so he didn't know that he'd lose through those events, but Jotaro did.

Because Bucciarati's body was already dead and a considerable distance away. There's no death going on for him to negate.

Because he'll be stuck in a loop, like how things that fall in a loop usually do. Diavolo got killed in the loop, thus was killed an infinite ammount of times. Bruno would be stuck in an infinite loop of whatever happened when his soul met his body, not being able to do anything else.

A) His body is back at the Colosseum and GER doesn't have that kind of range, B) Bucciarati's ghost is going straight to heaven without returning to his body so doing anything to his body would be pointless, C) Even if Bucciarati's ghost was leaving his own body GER doing that as a way to keep Bucciarati alive would also trap Bucciarati's consciousness in a loop, which is literally worse than death anyway.

Well, we don't know that for sure. The arrow falls off, but it might be possible that a completely in control Requiem just stays evolved. If it did revert, then you would think the ability born from it would also stop, so Diavolo would either stay dead, or the death loop would just stop, in either case, I think that would be kind of shit.
